Long Island man arrested for firing rifle near gang of men on his lawn

What in the world is going on in New York?

"A "mild mannered" Long Island man accused of firing a rifle in the air during a confrontation with a large group of men on his lawn was charged with felony assault Monday. This according to the New York Daily News.

"George Grier, 31, fired the shots - without injuring anyone - on Sunday night after arguing with the men, police said.

Police in LA and NYC routinely are obsessed with protestors with rocks and signs, and disarming citizens that threaten the establishment (IMHO). At the same time, gangs roam free terrorizing citizens. Photo: Ralsten Getty (NYDN).

"Grier, who is black, was arguing the group of Hispanic men at his Uniondale home. His family told the Associated Press he was trying to protect them."

Right...and they left out the part about the fact that witesses said that there was a gang of at least 30 youths in Grier's front yard between his door and his car, and that Grier thought they could be MS-13, that this group is known for carrying machetes, and that Grier asked the group to leave several times before they dared him to shoot the gun, called him a coward and then told him his wife and kids were as good as dead. At that point, after telling his wife to call police, Grier fired 3 warning shots into his lawn.

Police used a special satellite imaging to show (infared) where the shots came from. They arrested Grier, who told police the group was trespassing, was threatening him, and moving towards him from several sides, and that he feared for his safety. They also allegedly called him a racial slur several times, which appears to be OK since they are Hispanics, and it appears only whites get in trouble for such comments. The gun was lawfully owned.

Instead of arresting the trespassing thugs for criminal trespass and gang related activity, police arrested Grier for reckless endangerment (in his own front yard) and seized his rifle. The gang now knows that Grier and his family have no lawfully owned gun.

Way to go, morons. You have just disarmed a man you KNOW is being threatened with death by a criminal gang, perhaps MS-13. He now has no way to defend his family, especially if he ends up behind bars. He now cannot purchase a firearm in NYC until this is resolved, and will need to get arms via other means if he wants to protect his family and himself.

After all, we know the police have no duty to protect individual citizens, but they sure as hell can disarm them in liberal NY and make them sitting ducks.

However, MS-13 or whatever gangs are roaming that area can sleep easier tonight.

This is exhibit A on why I am glad I live in Florida, why liberal gun enforcement laws do nothing to protect law abiding citizens and how Police either get in the way or make things worse in NY, California and places like Maryland and Mass:

Hibel, Terry and Why Arizona's law was drafted to spark outrage

Why is Arizona's law drafted to single out a selected group for attention (reasonable suspicion stops and asking for papers upon cause)? Why indeed, since under past Supreme Court precedent, a state can require anyone (not as specific group, but all within its borders) to produce papers to the Police. Given the settled state of Terry stops and reasonable suspicion, is the debate on Arizona's law a distraction?

Since an illegal detention would be considered a form of false imprisonment, and many states still allow citizens to resist unlawful arrests by police as they would otherwise resist a tort, I suppose that what is going on in Arizona with their new law, and the opposition thereto, is relevent. But, police have long needed only reasonable suspicion to detain and frisk, and states can require all within their borders to submit papers to the police or risk arrest.

Fast forward a couple of decades and the Supreme Court upheld a Nevada law that required anyone who was stopped by a police officer to produce an ID, state license, military ID, state ID, or green card or immigration papers. That case was Hibel v. The Sixth Judicial District of Nevada. Click here for an editorial review of the case before the final decision.

By the way, the federal government, working with local authorities, has been held to a reasonable suspicion standard and may question workers and ask for papers if they have a reasonable suspicion that the worker is not in the U.S. legally ( see: INS v. Delgado).
You can look up Terry and Hibel on Findlaw.com. It seems to me that the Arizona law would be 100 percent lawful under Hibel and Terry had the drafters of the law merely incorporated the right to ask for ID or citizenship status against all people, and not just a certain group.

Instead, the Arizona law seems drafted to ignite debate and fracture between left and right. The Hibel case held Nevada can require anyone pulled over by police turn over some form of lawful ID or risk arrest. Clearly, that includes undocumented workers.

Surprise. Arizona seeks to single a group out while the media fails to inform the rest of the country that if you live in a state like Nevada, you will be busted wether or not you committed a crime if you fail to turn over ID.

And, nothing here that I have written discounts the gravity of the situation at the Mexican border, especially in Arizona. It is grave, dangerous and escalating. Something needs to be done. But state legislatures know the implications of the Hibel and Terry holdings. Why not draft a law accordingly, that dragnets everyone?

After all, the Fourth Amendment prohibition against unreasonable searches and seizures was never intended to be remedied with the issuance of a judicially sanctioned warrant. The prohibition was against general warrants and writs of assistance of all kinds, even the kinds courts issue. The warrant clause was orginally intended to help comply with the unreasonableness prohibition by requiring all warrants for search or seizure contain particularity and specificity. These days, wholesale seizure and itemization of business records and dragnet searches of houses and places and persons, have rendered the Fourth Amendment as meaningless (all in, "the war" on whatever). All a judge need do is sign the warrant and the scope of the seizure need only be limited by practical reasons and the totality of the circumstances. It is common knowledge among constitutional attorneys that the Fourth Amendment is on life support.

The difference is, big business has no use for everyone, and much use for undocumented workers, so they are financially backing the media campaign to challenge Arizona's law. Yet, the irony is, all the liberals that are ranting and raving fail to realize that they are MUCH MORE HOPELESSLY UNDER THE POLICE BOOT than the undocumented workers in Arizona. Simply read the Hibel case. The state can do whatever it wants as long as it acts as a police state against everyone, instead of a targeted group.

Wake up! The Arizona law seems drafted to not survive a challenge by targeting one group. Had they really wanted to enforce such laws, why not use a Hibel type law which is draconian against everyone?

To me, the sooner we can put the Arizona case into it's proper context, the better.
As you can see, there has been a police exception to probable cause for decades now, and now a state can enact a law requiring anyone pulled over by police to produce papers. Sorry. We live in a Police State whether we want to admit it or not.

Where Arizona's law differs is it appears to single out a group of people. Why? So it would ignite debate and arguments amongst US citizens who are probably already required to produce papers upon a Terry stop to Police, depending on where you live. That is why they are laughing at us accross the pond...

Back from Move and Vacation

I have been away for over 3 months.

I relocated to the Southwest area of Florida.

It has been business as usual as far as the news behind the news and the agenda.

The Gulf Oil Disaster is something I have updated on my website about. A complete disaster. BP and the government have both completely dropped the ball.

Now they say it is capped. But, is it? The Gulf coast is in danger of losing everything.

This article from USA Today in June pretty much outlines many of the worse case scenarios.

Now they are talking mass scale evacuations, methane danger that could spread accross the nation. Meanwhile, the cleanup will take years. The Obama administration considers suing the state of Arizona over its immigration law to be priority one, it appears.

Bizarro world. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Corruption and greed continue to steer this country. I will post more very soon. I promise.

A MOST DISTURBING TREND

Government and Media Target So-Called Truther Movement as Acts of "Terror" Conveniently Increase.

As the MSM reports about the health care plan and its passage, we are now being told about various threats and even acts against Congress. One Represenative even discovered a casket on his front lawn. Congress has asked the FBI to investigate, and, by the way, almost one-quarter of conservatives allegedly believe Obama is the Anti-Christ.

The right, and especially the so-called truth movement, is being targeted (and possibly set-up). It's not like there has been nothing on the terror threat horizon close to home:

First, we had the underwear bomber over the Christmas holiday. Nevermind the plane would have survived such a pathetic attempt to blow it up, immediatly following this incident the media took up the hue and cry for naked scanners at airports. Problem, reaction, solution. The Hegelian Dialetic.

Then, we were told that Joseph Stack, a so-called anti-government "truther" flew his Piper Cherokee small aircraft into the building containing the Internal Revenue Service in Austin, Texas. There was fire, damage and two deaths, while several other employees had to be evacuated.

Then, we were told Stack left a suicide note, and was involved in a decade long fight with the IRS over his small business. The contents of what was supposed to be Stack's "diatribe" was even posted online, but someone removed any trace of his website hours afterward.

Then, CNN reported that Stack, who flew an airplane into a building housing an Internal Revenue Service office, may have replaced some of its seats with a drum of fuel to cause maximum damage, a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation said last month. Never mind this is sheer conjecture, it conjures up images of the 9-11 terrorists flying jumbo jets laden with fuel into the World Trade Centers and the Pentagon. After the attack, Stack's daughter said she "agreed" with her father about the government, and referred to him as a hero, but later was forced to retract that statement, and called the victim of the incident a hero.

Of course, when anyone dug just a bit beneath the surface it turns out that Stack had ties with the U.S. government as an independent contractor and designed a remote control system for small airplanes before his untimely demise. Raising the obvious question, who or what was really in that plane, and what flew it into the building?

Last November, the media reported about the so-called jihandist Major Hasan, who went ballistic and shot up a Texas Army base, killing numerous unarmed soldiers. I wrote an article stating that the events were not adding up and it went viral in a matter of hours. A few months before that an allegedly racist elderly white "truther", who had issues with the government, carried a rifle through the entrance of the Holacaust Museum in Washington, D.C., killing one of the guards before being brought down by gunfire himself.

The "truther" and "birther" movement is being set up for something big. And, the tea party movement has already been hijacked by Republicans, Beck and Sarah Palin. Stay tuned.

CO-OPTED AND CORRUPTED: THE TEA PARTY MOVEMENT IS BECOMING A JOKE

EXPECT PALIN, BECK AND FOX NEWS TO CAPITALIZE, MARGINALIZE AND MISMANAGE THE TEA PARTY MOVEMENT

Sarah Palin recently was hired to speak at the national Tea Party convention in Nashville, Tennessee. And speak she did, crib notes on her left hand and all. Palin certainly cuts a nice figure in a tight dress suit and stilletto heels, but the rhetoric became more mainstream Republican talking points combined with catchy phrases and digs at President Obama, as the night went on.

Let's face it, Palin has morphed from a so-called middle class maverick and Governer of Alaska, to a creation of Fox News and highly paid conservative consultants. And it is this attempt to have Palin come off as both anti-establishment and a maverick of the average John or Jane Doe that makes Palin appear flippant and cartoonish at times. Compare that Palin to the Palin that appeared on Youtube shortly after she was elected Govorner talking about how she was there to do the people's work and fight corruption and how "cool" she thought Congressman Ron Paul was for challenging the status quo. Too bad Palin seems entrenced with that same status quo.

Speaking of Congressman Ron Paul, the Tea Party Movement actually grew out of his efforts and objections during the Paulson-Bush government bailout hearings, and his even older cries about ending or auditing the Federal Reserve Board. Somehow, Paul is nowhere to be found now, at least at these Tea Party gatherings, and the movement has been effectively co opted by Glenn Beck, Fox News, and turned into an anti tax, anti Obama movement. Several founders of the original movement have already quit in disgust over the Republican party takeover of what started as an independent, libertarian type of organization and movement.

A recent New York Daily News poll showed that more than half of the nation have an unfavorable view of Palin, and a full seventy-one percent think she is not Presidential material.

Mike Lupica, from the New York Daily News, has certainly noticed. Lupica called her a political lightweight, mocked the crib notes of simple phrases that Palin had written on her palm, and referred to Palin as "the pinup-girl of the tea party movement"; "a hotter, less read, Margeret Thatcher", "the piano that thinks it wrote the concerto."

Additionally, Lupica (better known as a sports journalist) called Palin's statement that she would not dismiss questions of whether she would run for President of the United States as an example of Palin's delusions of grandeur.

FIASCO? KHALID SHEIKH MOHAMMED: REMEMBERING THE FIRST WTC MASTERMIND TRIAL IN NYC

REMEMBER THE FIASCO OF THE 1st WTC MASTERMIND TRIAL

As the citations and quotes above the header imply, there was much more to the first World Trade Center bombing and resulting trial than many Americans may remember.

A majority of New Yorkers, now including the Mayor of NYC and New York policians, are not thrilled the Obama adminitration (by way of Attorney General Holder) has set a civilian court trial for the so-called self professed mastermind of 9-11 Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his co-conspirators in Manhatten. Citing issues of national security, costs, and safety logistics, many conservatives and New York liberals are screaming foul and demanding the trial be moved. One can hardly fault New Yorkers for feeling this way, but many conservatives and neo-cons (and pro war liberals like Joe Lieberman) are demanding that not only should the trial be moved, but that it belongs before a miltary tribunal. They fear a civilian trial may turn into a "fiasco". Now, it remains unknown whether or not Khalid will receive a civilian trial or not. He has already allegedly confessed after hours of the Bush-Cheney approved method of waterboarding (183 times).

There is currently a back and forth going on through the MSM on whether or not the terror trials should be held in NY or in civilian courts at all (citing threats of a fiasco and possible terror threats).

What do they mean by this? Who cares? The only fiasco these self proclaimed patriots likely fear is the same type of embarassment and ridicule that resulted from the 1993 terror trials from the first WTC bombings and the alleged mastermind(s) of that attempt to knock one tower into another and kill 200,000 New Yorkers.

Emad A. Salem was an FBI informant, who was a key witness in the trial of Ramzi Youssef, Abdul Hakim Murad, and Wali Khan Amin Shah, convicted in the World Trade Center Bombing of February 26, 1993. Youssef, the self styled mastermind of the bombings, warned that eventually the buildings would come down. Youssef has been linked to Project or Operation Bojiinka (big bang) by authorities, through data found on his computer when apprehended by authrities in Manila. Those who have studied 9-11 know the connection.

All hell broke lose when FBI informant Salem, sensing a double-cross by his handlers, secretly recorded conversations between himself and his agency handlers which revealed not only did the FBI supply the materials to build the bomb, they had Salem switch materials to assure the bomb would go off. Salem revealed these tapes to defense attorneys when they deposed him. The government fought their admission claiming national security exemptions, which the federal court granted for the most part. Nevertheless, Salem testified under oath concering the tapes, and defense attorneys eventually released parts of the tapes and transcripts to the media. The evidence given to the media, or discovered through investigative journalism, leads to the disturbing revelation that federal law enforcement knew, supplied and encouraged terrorists in the role of a sort of agent provacatuer.

The role of the FBI and how they either allowed or encouraged the first WTC attacks is set forth in stark detail by award winning intelligence author and investigative jounalist James Bovard in his article, "The FBI Blunders and the First World Trade Center Bombing" . 10 November 2004. Former Watergate associate prosecutor Richard Ben-Veniste warned that the (Emad Saleem, FBI imformant) tapes pose "an absolute nightmare for federal prosecutors." And indeed, he was correct. But the American people have a short attention span. Suggest that the feds might have known about and prevented the World Trade Center bombings, and you will be labled a conspiracy theorist and a kook.

Many readers will see this and objectively consider it, and they will be deeply disturbed--perhaps sick to their stomach. Many more will refuse to accept any of this as fact because to do so will totally destroy their world view, and they will be angry that this evidence was dredged up again. Go back to sleep, but do not say you were never warned. The world is not as we are led to believe it is.

But the next time you hear someone on Fox News or an ex official from the Bush administration rail against the idea of the alleged confessed mastermind of 9-11 receiving a civilian trial (say, didn't Bin Laden confess already?), now you know what the real fear may be: history repeating itself. And when you consider the vigor that Holder and Obama are pushing this idea through despite huge outcries to the contrary, the notion of political payback does not seem out of the relm, either. In any event, this all needed to be put into context.

Osama bin Laden has apparently returned from the grave just in time to give another audio taped warning, one that a "U.S. monitoring group" says is an indicator of an upcoming attack. Not only that, a new audio tape has just surfaced and was aired on Al Jazerra in which bin Laden takes the U.S. to task for global warming and climate change, urging a worldwide boycott of all things American to "save the planet". Why not? It worked for the military industrial complex to trot bin Laden out to justify increased funding, even after the notorious son of the bin Laden construction empire from Saudi Arabia has been reported as dead.

Of course, the alleged audio taped message comes at a convenient time for the administration. Neocons and the Israel first lobby are pushing for the invasion of Yemen after a botched underwear bombing plot happened over the Christmas holiday of 2009. President Obama's numbers are still in the tiolet, and the health care debate and consensus on any bill in that direction has hit another snag with the election of Scott Brown, the first Republican to win a Senate seat in liberal Mass in many a decade. There has also been resistance to the Obama plan to increase troops in Afghanistan, and the economy is in the worse shape it has been since the great depression according to almost all reputable economists. Indeed, even Obama Girl has expressed her displeasure with Obama and the state of current affairs.

Meanwhile Fed Chairman Bernacke is likely to be reappointed, but many in Congress have used he appointment hearings as a chance to grandstand (and act like they are doing something). And against that backdrop Tim Geithner, Treasury Secretary, faces questions over unethical and possibly illegal conduct he sat over while Chairman of the New York Federal Reserve (implications that also involve AIG, Goldman Sachs and former Treasury Secretary Paulson).

If corruption and fraud are business, than business is very good, especially in Washington, D.C. and Wall Street. And the American public is becoming restless and angry with the lies and the bailouts. What to do?

Enter Osama bin Laden on audio tape...with a warning of possible terror attacks. This is becoming worn out, and those in the know have long believed that Osama bin Laden has been dead for some time now. And this is the very reason that the U.S. intelligence spooks that like to brag that they can read your licence plate from satellite images did not track down an ailing 6-5 Arab with a cane and convoy in his many travels accross Pakistan and Afghanistan in the early 2000s after 9-11. Before he likely died, that is. The so-called head of Al Queda was reported as being on kidney dialysis in the early 2000s, and he has long been known as a U.S CIA. trained asset in the Mujahideen (as set forth by Professor Micheal Chossudovsky of the U. of Ottawa).

I have long considered the official line that Osama bin Laden masterminded the attacks of 9-11 from a cave in Afghanistan is patently absurd. And anyone who has studied the events of 9-11 and critically examined the official story knows how implausible this cave-dweller as reservation agent and boarding agent nonsense is. Whoever organized 9-11 and the highjackings of those commercial airliners had inside access up the wazoo, and whoever it was, they were not hiding in a cave in Afghanistan. They needed insider access, a computer reservation system (CRS) and trained airline pilots or remote controlled access.

That is why the likely parties behind 9-11 and the "war of terror" are rogue agents and insiders, who would benefit financially and philosphically by an attack and the resulting boosting of military and intelligence budgets. And if you think intelligence agencies would not entertain the thought of sacrificing innocent lives to promote an agenda, you need to do some research on Operation Northwoods. And, the mainstream media in Europe (and Newsday in the U.S.) have long since reported that since 9-11, seven of the alleged 9-11 hijackers named by the FBI have been reported to have been alive, and demanding why their names and likeness was implicated in the terror attacks on NY and Washington, D.C. As Mike Rivero has shown at Whatreallyhappend.com, fake terror is a historical tool that governments use to increase fear and control.

For instance, what ever became of that highly publicized short selling of American and United Airlines stock just before 9-11? There is a reason it fell down the memory hole. Here's a clue. The SEC traced the trades back to their origin, and it does not lead to an Afghan cave, dear readers. No, instead it lead to AB Brown and Legg Mason in Baltimore, and CIA director A.B. "Buzzy" Krongard. Whoever bet that United and American stock values would drop on the days leading up to 9-11 in 2001 would likely have known in advance to bet the farm that these two airlines would lose value dramatically following 9-11. As they say, follow the money. And in this instance, whoever short sold American and United pocketed millions, and if you think only far right or left radicals and Alex Jones reported on this short selling phenomena, in 2006 the reputable Online Journal featured these hard facts in an article entitled, "Business as Usual-9-11 and the Fall of America", which can be linked to here.

In fact, "on Sept. 6, 2001, the Thursday before the tragedy, 2,075 put options were made on United Airlines and on Sept. 10, the day before the attacks, 2,282 put options were recorded for American Airlines. Given the prices at the time, this could have yielded speculators between $2 million and $4 million in profit."

So, when the criminals in D.C. need a real-life Emmanuel Goldstein, out comes Osama bin Laden, ad naseum. Nevermind the troubling issues above, the economy, the health care debate, the fleecing of America and the criminal bailouts, yes, ignore it all. Bin Laden is warning of yet another attack.

Is this the Osama from the videos after the 9-11 attacks, or the fat Osama reportedly confessing to the 9-11 attacks fortuitously discovered by U.S. troops on a VHS videotape in an abandoned house near Jalalabad? A close examination of this tape showed it could not have been Osama Bin Laden, but the imposter certainly was well fed, as he looked to weigh at least 50 or so pounds heavier than the last verified Bin Laden interview or videotape. And let us not forget, just days ago U.S. intelligence was forced to withdraw a so-called real life aging simulation of what Bin Laden might look like when it was revealed that the image of the current, aged Bin Laden was actually that of a Spanish lawmaker.

In fact, if you go here to the FBI's Most Wanted page for Mr. bin Laden, you will notice that nowhere is he wanted for the 9-11 attacks on America. When asked by Ed Haas from Mudraker magazine why this was, the FBI reponded there was no hard evidence linking Osama to 9-11. And, of course, this would not be the first bin Laden audio tape declared fake if it turns out to be manufactured by U.S. intelligence. See, "Bin Laden audio tape is a fake, Swiss lab says". Project Censored has even listed the "no evidence linking Bin Laden to 9-11" factoid as one of it's top censored stories by the MSM.

The truth is, as Roosevelt once told Colonel Edward Mendell House, that a private cartel of bankers has controlled the economy and Washington, D.C. itself, since the early part of the 20th Century. For those who cannot or will not grasp this, I strongly advise following this link to Director Aaron Russo's Freedom to Facism. Russo directed such Hollywood hits as Trading Places with Eddie Murphy and The Rose with Bette Midler. Before he passed recently of cancer, Russo made this documentary to awaken the American public about who the IRS really serves, whether there is actually a law requiring American citizens to pay income tax, and why this country has descended into mass corruption, fraud and unlawful activity (and a concious decision to repeatedly flout or ignore the U.S. Constitution). Wars and lone nut enemies are two of their favorite weapons for fear and control.

Excuse me if this is all getting all too predicatable and nonsensical to take at face value. And it's not as if an attack is not coming. It likely is. But the enemy has long been inside our own gates.

As the new years gets underway, the current dog and pony show in Washington is the bank executives who are testifying before Congress concerning the causes of the financial meltdown. Executives basically admitted that they screwed up, but insisted no one could have predicted the bubble and meltdown that resulted. They also defended the need for huge bonuses. Ambling on about the need to retain quality talent, despite the fact that their "quality talent" obviously is clueless or corrupt.

Despite the political posturing, nothing will result from this testimony.

Meanwhile, the first giant sunspot has appeared on an otherwise recently quiet sun. And this country, and much of the northern hemisphere, has been under a record cold spell. Citrus crops are at risk in Florida, and crops from around the country as well.

There has been a devastating earthquake in Haiti, and up to one hundred thousand are feared dead or trapped under miles of rubble. Meanwhile dazed and weary survivors wait for aid as US Red Cross is already out of supplies. Is it just me are has Haiti and other poor nations been hit extensively with natural disasters over the past decade or so?

I suppose we can all take solace with the fact that Pat Robertson has stated that years ago Haiti made a deal with the devil to get rid of French colonialism. In other words, Robertson says they had it coming and implied that it was punishment and a warning from God. "They are cursed", Robertson stated during an on-air fundraiser for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. Has there been a disaster or terrorist attack in the past decade where Robertson has not come out and stated or implied it was a punishment from God? Even if the good Dr. Robertson had a clue, or was talking to God, now is not the time for such news. As it is, it is shameful conjecture and grandstanding on Robertson's behalf.

And yet, behind all of this tragedy and nonsense comes pictures from NASA that appear to show trees or shrubs on Mars (by way of NASA HiRISE telescope). Here is a link with more links. NASA claims this is not actually trees but runoff from trapped CO2 or dark conifers that are running off the sand dunes, depending on which link you are following. I am not sure if I buy the explanation or not, after all, late in several of the articles NASA admits this is just their theory. They know nothing for a fact. Nevertheless, they are amazing photographs. I will leave it up the you to form your own opinion. And, speaking of NASA, earth was just missed by a 3 meter mystery object. Apparently NASA cannot film or view what this object is, despite the fact it is hundreds of times closer than the surface of Mars, but knows exactly what is or is not on Mars. THE UNDERWEAR BOMBER: LATEST SCRIPT IN THEATER OF THE ABDURD

If it did not have such potential dire consequences, it would be so absurd that it would be laughable. However, if MSM reports are to be believed, had alleged underwear bomber Umar Fauruk Abdul Matallab was nearly succesful in igniting explosives in his pants on NW flight 253 from Denmark to Detroit, which would have been no laughing matter. The attempt was unsuccesful and he was tackled and subdued by passengers. Now we are being told this wealthy native of the Sudan trained in Yemen, at that he has advised under initial questioning that many more trained with him and more attacks are on the way.

Speaking of passengers, two lawyers (who happen to be married) are reporting Abdul Matallab had help boarding the plane in Amsterdam, by a mysterious sharp dressed man who seemingly pulled a few strings at the Northwest boarding area in order to get this young man aboard despite no passport. And another American family told local reporters that another mystery man videotaped Abdul Mattallab and the entire flight (including the attempted bombing and incident that followed). This seems strange, yet similar connections and events have surrounded other terror attempts, suggesting the earmarks of a possible psy ops. And speaking of similarities, this is not even the first attempted underwear bombing, as a Saudi Prince was targeted in August of this year.

Update: Now the MSM and Breitbart.com are reporting that Intelligence had advance notice of the bombing plot, but the disjointed warnings could not be "pieced together" by different agencies, according to President Obama. If this is true, this is an absolute failure of the CIA and others to do their job. After all, at it's very essence, intelligence work IS, among other things, the piecing together of information into a coherent picture. If Central Intellegence or the National Security Agency are having trouble piecing together and analyzing data and information, than they are pretty much useless. This is nonsense and the same type of garbage we were told after 9-11 and almost every suspicious terrorist attack.

The MSM and Obama would have you believe that intelligence agencies could not coordinate and break down the dissemination and distrubution of relevent data or increased chatter. Right. It's the very essence of their job, yet we are supposed to believe they do not know how to do this. Notice how efficient and effective these same agencies were are are when spying or collecting data on American citizens and political enemies (remember Cointelpro)?

In fact, my next post will concentrate on breaking this down into an etiology. A blueprint for a manufactured or co-opted terrorist attack. Always the intial shock of the attack, the "who could have known?" hue and cry, and then as the dust begins to settle, a cry for more intrusive security measures, stricter rules or laws, and the discovery that intelligence or an administration had advanced warnings that an attack of such a manner was possible, or planned, but either dismisses or ignores this salient information.

ANOTHER AMBUSH SHOOTING OF PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON POLICE OFFICERS BY EX-CON

There has been another "ambush" shooting of Pierce County police officers in Washington. Another lone shooter with a laundry list of priors, convictions, and a stay at an area hospital for mental health issues. And despite these issues, the accused gunman (who is now dead) allegedly had access to an arsenal of rifles and handguns. And like the tragic Lakewood ambush of four officers, the media is already posting the alleged gunman's chilling mugshot everywhere. This is another tragedy that will no doubt be seized upon by gun control advocates, and according to the Seattlepi.com, it is the third apparent police ambush in Western Washington since Oct. 31. Eight deputies or officers were shot in those cases; five fatally. Investigators say the incidents are "unrelated". An updated Seattle Times report can be viewed here.

There is something ominous and bizarre going on in the state of Washington and Pierce County in particular. Serial or copycat ambush attacks on Police officers is not something that typically happens in large metropolitain areas, much less rural counties in the Pacific northwest. First Lakewood, now this. And in each case a lone gunman and isolated incidents. But are they? There has been an ongoing attempt to get the public to move along and not try to ask too many questions in the Lakewood shootings, even when it was revealed that one of the slain ambushed officers was an ex-Army Ranger and a nationally known SWAT team trainer, and the alleged, dead suspect (Maurice Clemmons) had no formal gun training to speak of.

This Blog reluctantly addressed these issues in a previous post, where it was noted that Pierce County houses a noted US Air Force base that houses, among other things, intelligence and tactical strike force units. There is no evidence that the AFB, or anyone ever associated with it, had anything to do with any of these shootings; but the fact that these shootings are happening so closely to the base in something worth noting.

The Seattle Times and KOMO in Seattle are reporting of yet another ambush style shooting of two sherriffs deputies by a single gunman in the same county where four Lakewood police officers were shot and killed in a Lakewood coffee shop in an ambush style shooting by another lone gunman, Maurice Clemmons (according to Police) three and a half weeks ago. Clemmons was killed two days later. Several weeks before that another officer, in Seattle, was shot ambush style as he set in his police cruiser. The officer was killed and the suspect was shot and paralyzed.

In the instant matter, two officers were responding to an unwanted guest call that involved two brothers and one of the brother's fifteen year old daughter. It appears the biological father was the unwanted guest and that the daughter, who was living with the brother (Uncle) had a restraining order against her father (according to sources). When our two deputies arrived, they were invited in to the house by one of the brothers," Sherriff's spokesman Ed Troyer said. Troyer was also the spokesman during the Lakewood police executions.

But when officers stepped into the home at approximately 8:48 p.m., a man opened fire from the second floor, Troyer said. And unlike the last two ambush shootings in the area, the lone gunman here was white.

"They were basically ambushed," he said. "The suspect was upstairs and out of view of the deputies."
The gunman fired several rounds, hitting the deputy and the sergeant, who managed to fire back.

The gunman, 35-year-old David Crable, was shot dead, Troyer said. His brother and the killed man's daughter were not hurt. They were both taken into custody for questioning, according to KOMO.

Investigators said Crable had access to multiple guns, one of which may have been a rifle. According to KING TV, The Pierce County Sheriff's Office says the suspect, David E. Crable, was convicted in June for displaying a weapon with the intent to intimidate. He had been arrested multiple times for domestic violence. He was last arrested by Pierce County Sheriff's Deputies on November 14 for DUI.

There were multiple protection orders against Crable, according to KING. One of those restraining orders was for his 15-year-old daughter, who was living with Crable's brother – the scene of Monday night's crime scene. What is going on in Pierce County, Washington? One thing is for sure. The Police and the community are reeling from this latest shooting. And, obviously, killing Maurice Clemmons did not make the area safe from ambush style attacks on police officers trying to simply do their job. Police had to return fire on Crable, because, according to reports he shot and critically injured these two officers.

Let's hope this is the last of these ambush shootings of police in Pierce County, Washington. But again, what exactly is going on up there? Are these ambush shootings really isolated and in no way related? These are such tragic circumtances for the families involved. Let's hope the truth wins out and these incidents cease before Pierce County descends into the wild, wild west.

Because these are very tense times to be a law enforcement officer or criminal suspect in Pierce County or the Seattle-Tacoma metropolitian areas in general. And if the comments sections of the linked media articles are any indication, there are numerous citizens who would have no problem with disarming the public or allowing SWAT teams to respond to random domestic situations. Problem-reaction-solution, anyone?

FORMER ARMY RANGER AND SWAT TEAM TRAINER AMONG FOUR COPS KILLED BY MSM'S LONE PSYCHO

SWAT paramilitary search for lone gunman and alleged psycho citizen Clemmons

This past Saturday saw the reopening of Forza Coffee, the cafe where four Lakewood, Washington police officers were gunned down execution-style. The tragedy obviously took its toll on the coffee shop and the community as a whole. Yet, this marks as good of a time as any to summarize exactly what took place mere weeks ago:

First, we have the tragic and deliberate hit of four uniformed officers in a Lakewood, Washington coffee shop (owned by a former veteran police officer), which happened, by chance, in close distance to a military base (McChord AFB). The alleged lone gunman, Maurice Clemmons, is later killed by Police. The only relative to Clemmons to report Clemmon's whereabouts to Police (before he was killed) has her house raided and randsacked by Police SWAT teams, leaving destruction and tear gas residue in their wake. Somehow, Clemmons evades capture only to be shot hours later. He is killed. Dead men tell no tales. This happened several weeks after the slaughter of numerous military waiting to deploy to Iraq by an alleged lone gunman and psychologically unstable Army therapist. The practical effect is insecurity and fear, because if the MSM is to be believed, the military and police are two institutions that protect the sheeple from homegrown and worldwide terrorism and radical criminality.

Was Clemmons a patsy, part of a larger plot, or a very, very lucky shot with a handgun while attempting to ambush four uniformed police officers, wearing bullet-proof vests, at least one of which had SWAT training?

Sgt. Mark Renniger. Ex Army Ranger. 2/75th from the 1990s. This guy had special training in firearms, hand to hand combat and, according to someone who allegedly served with him, lived the Ranger credo.

Aside from an unofficial memorial piece by the Seattle Times, Renniger's status as an ex-Army Ranger and noted SWAT team trainer (and CFO of a SWAT officer's union in Washington), Renniger's special Rambo-like training and skills have been unreported or ignored by the MSM. Why? Renniger was not just some averege run of the mill cop counting down the days until retirement, he was a highly trained, skilled practicioner in arms and combat and tactical warfare. He was also a father, husband and a very unlikely victim of such a random "ambush" (especially at the hands of the co-called lone gunman Maurice Clemmons, who had no military or formal training in firearms whatsoever according to records).

"In the 1990s, Sgt. Renninger was stationed at Fort Benning, Ga., when he was accepted into the elite Army Rangers. Mike Sienda, who now works in Army Intelligence in Charlottesville, Va., got to know him well...(and commented extensively for the Seattle Times). The shootings took place at or near the Forza Coffee Co. outlet at 11401 Steele St. South, just northeast of McChord Air Force Base (home of the 22nd Special Tactics Squadron, a USAF special operations strike force).

There was political fallout as a result of this tragedy. Former Ark. Governer Mike Huckabee, for one. Then, once it became evident that the reason Clemmons was free on bail was due to Washington authorities, this highly suspicious AP piece appeared at KOMO's website, declaring that Clemmons was able to post bond because he "used to work for a bail bond company"(no company is named, however). This makes it looks as if Clemmons gamed the system, and not as if local authorities dropped the ball. The truth appears to be that well before these killings had taken place, Clemmons had argued in court documents that he was criminally insane, and had been evaluated at the nortorious Western State hospital. Prosecutors had fought Clemmon's insanity defense from the start, opening the door for bail once WS doctors took the State's side.

This is not the only time four Lakewood Police officers have been shot. In September of this year, four Lakewood, New Jersey officers were shot, along with the suspect, while serving a no-knock warrant. There were no reported deaths, but that four Lakewood, Washington officers would be shot and killed less than 90 days later is a strange coincedence. There have been several Washington area residents who said the local media originally reported a team of gunmen took down these cops, then it was two gunmen, then a lone gunmen and a getaway driver eventually evolved from the ever changing media crafted story.

One thing is clear. If Clemmons was a pawn in addition to a psycho and alleged cop killer, and if someone involved in Intelligence or psy ops wanted to create further instability in an area that is becoming renowned for racial instability and police shootings, Clemmons' alleged criminal plea of insanity was well known, and a matter of public record. As was his release on bail. I'm not saying Clemmons was a MK Ultra type pawn, but, who knows? He is dead now. Regardless, MK Ultra, useful idiot, or whatever, Clemmons was a character with a controversial background which would raise the required ruckus to drown out the obvious abnomalities in the official story that followed these slayings. And four cops are needlessly dead. Either way, it makes as much sense, if not more, than four trained cops (one SWAT and Ranger) being shot rapid-fire with a pistol at a coffee shop owned by a former cop himself, a stone's throw from an air force base, by a petty criminal who at one time straightened his life out only to fall back into crime and mental instability.

It was a tragedy, we can agree on that, and yet it still does not smell right. And you can bet it will be used to try and reign in handgun ownership in Washington and elsewhere. And fear; there is profit and control through fear and hysteria. But for those who dare not believe that life is anything other than sheer randomness, former NY Governer Spitzer's call girl Ashley Dupree is now writing an advice column for Rupert Murdoch's NY Post. This will undoubtedly add fuel to the fire of those who have long maintained she was used by Wall Street and bankers to get to Spitzer, and get the goods. This Post employment would be obvious payback for a job well done, if those conspiracy theorists are to be believed.

THE CURRENT STATE OF MEDIA AFFAIRS IS CHAOTIC AND UNBELIEVABLE, OR IS IT?
It's too bad the coverage of the recent Washington state police executions, "Gate Crasher" MSM media frenzy and the so called lone Muslim assassin of Ft. Hood has not been more "gestalt". There is an overarching feeling of disbelief and fear as a result of these many stories that the MSM would have you believe are isolated and not related. It's too bad the alternative (or so-called truth) media cannot use their common sense and start connecting the dots like the tabloid media has done with the sensationalized Tiger Woods story. The tabloid media has refused to by into the story given to the public concerning Wood's car accident, his facial injuries that are inconsistent with such an alleged minor accident, which happened on the heels of a National Enquirer story concerning Wood's and an alleged mistress and the discovery of Wood's phone contacts amidst an pending US magazine story concerning Woods and a supposed multiple months dalliance with a young Las Vegas waitress and aspiring reality TV hopeful. In fact, The Enquirer, Us Magazine and TMZ.com have all very boldly dismissed the Police and Tiger versions of events, have produced sources, and have publicly challenged the parties implicated to sue them as they boldly stand by their investigative efforts and sources.

It is truly sad that in a supposedly free country with a supposedly free media that the tabloid journalists are the last true investigative media. The MSM has long been controlled by the few corporations that own or control them, and he who pays the piper choses the tune. Lately, the alternative (truth) media has been so disjointed and paranoid of each other (and the powers that be), as is obvious by the back-biting, accusations, threats and lawsuits that have all occurred within the movement, that there are numerous and different takes on what is occurring in post 9-11 America, often at the expense of others in the alternative media or public at large.

For instance, why has hardly anyone in the so-called alternative media questioned the official story given by the MSM and Seattle area police on how four of their own veteran officers were gunned down by a single lone gunman with a history of mental issues and crimes that should have never been out on bond after being accused of raping a child and punching an officer in the face (and other bizarre or criminal behaviors)? Anyone who has ever fired a handgun or worked in security should know full well that it is practically impossible for Maurice Clemmons to have executed four officers who he supposedly fired on (and then fled the store amid gunfire as the officers chased him out of the small cafe in Lakewood, Washington. One of the officers is even reported to have (allegedly) landed a shot in Clemmon's abdomen, before Clemmons stood there and incredibly gunned these four veteran officers down like a contract hit-sniper style. The story makes no sense and is logistically implausible, even more than the logistics involved in either the Woods accident or the Nidel Hasan Ft. Hood official story. For those who did not read my detailed blog post yesterday on the Washington area slayings, entitled "The Many Faces of a Media Friendly Lone Cop Assassin", click this hyperlink to view it in it's entirity.

And yet, we get silence from the so-called heavyweights in the alternative media. It should be noted, however, that after Clemmons was killed when running away from Police (allegedly), radio host Jack Blood did suggest the entire scenario did not add up and Clemmons might well have been a patsy (and that we would now never know the full story). Others are evidently not saying anything until the MSM officially attempts to connect and cots and ties up loose ends, when they can then come in and try and pick apart the story. Given the obvious psychological effects of these killings, the first hit-style execution by a so-called untrained criminal with (allegedly) no backup, to wait is to allow the official story to get legs and infect those who do not understand what may be going on. It was a tragic slaughter, and Clemmons was evidently involved, so the outrage against Clemmons is certainly understandable. But does anyone really believe Clemmons mowed down these veteran cops in a shootout in a manner that would have made Wyatt Earp and Doc Holiday proud? Not one officer could respond to Clemmon's fire despite the fact that a witness stated he was chased out of the cafe by the police who were firing at him? Yet, Clemmons could hit each moving officer with strategic precision, killing them all, with no training? Everyone I have talked to admits the story does not make sense, yet the experts are laoth to question the official story of a police agency or the MSM in public.

I was one of the first to question the Fort Hood shootings and the numerous inconsistencies and improbable scenarios the Police, military and MSM put out in the public arena. I was not alone, as many in the alternative media began questioning what was being reported as the official story. While I morn those whose lives were lost and agree that Nadal should be punished fully under the law if he was responsible, I still (as many others do) believe the official story in the Fort Hood story, like the story of who exactly shot the gunman and took him or her down, is fabricated for mass effect and appeal.

Clearly, the "Gate Crasher" story is being put out there in the MSM for maximum effect. Anyone who has ever been to the White House or dealt with the Secret Service and others around the President agree that unless you are allowed to get to the President, there are simply too many obstacles and reqirements to have ever "accidentally" breached security. And, of course, there are numerous examples (and photos) that show that the Salahis were known within the Washington Beltway and had shook hands and visited with Obama, McClain, the DOD building, and many other Beltway area big-shots and governmental officials. The story here is not that this couple breached security and making the security to the President appear suspect, but rather, why is it being portrayed this way concerning the two alleged party crashers and apparent member of the DC area who's who?

And now we have the Golf Digest cover in all of it's creepiness and convenience. The timing is surreal. Yet, we surely should know, yet another amazing coincidence. Okay, whatever. Live Free or Die radio host Lee Rogers and a caller recently discussed the Golf World cover and it's bizarre timing and implications. Yet, whether this is all tied together or isolated incidents, the underlying effect is the same. America's most venerable institutions are exposed and under attack. If they are not safe, who is? Combined with the economic disaster we are in, and the recently exposed "Climate Gate" email scandal over feigning evidence for global warming, it appears we are on overdrive and the mainstream elite are all too happy to put this all in our face. Someone in the alternative media with more resources than I have should be all over this synchronicity.

THE MANY FACES OF A MEDIA FRIENDLY LONE COP ASSASSIN

This terrible tragedy and apparent police hit of four cops has left the Seattle and Tacoma areas shocked and feeling vunerable. The entire country grieves. After all, if one alleged "Messiah" can shoot and kill four armed cops execution style in an apparent hit, and sustain only a superficial stomach wound, while drilling each with deadly accuracy, in full public view, in a local Lakewood, Washington diner, who is safe? Yet within the last 24 hours, the alleged gunman, Maurice Clemmons, was shot dead while hanging out by a stolen car.

What about the elephant in the room no one is talking about? I was awarded an expert designation with a 9 mm handgun many years ago, yet the only way I know to shoot and kill four armed officers without getting your head blown off in the process, regardless if they were finishing reports or not (since they are trained to react in a split second when shot at) is at a sniper's distance and unknown location. Besides, while the MSM is calling this slaying an ambush style hit, the management of the beseiged coffee shop are praising the officers as heros and stating that they, "forced an armed gunman back out of the cafe and away from our staff and other customers". Yet all four officers were gunned down by a deranged ex felon with a weapon (and no known training). It just does not add up. Now we are told Clemmons allegedly got a weapon off of one of these brave cops despite being forced out from the cafe (where the officers lay dead). I guess if all you care about is Tiger Woods hitting a fire hydrant or the so-called Presidential gate crashers, why concern yourself?

This feels eerily like the execution style slayings of Army soldiers waiting to deploy by the allegedly deranged and Islamic radical Fort Hood doctor. Similar in that there are huge gaps in this story, no witnesses, and that Maurice Clemmons has since been shot and killed after a massive manhunt by numerous Washington police agencies. Add to that there are now allegations that Clemmons converted to Islam while in custody in Arkansas, and that a local group of radicals has supposedly praised Clemmons and called him a matyr, we have a scenario ready to scare the brainwashed masses and inflame racial and religious tensions.

First America is told that our bravest young men and women of the armed forces are gunned down by a radical Muslim Army psychiatrist, who gunned down dozens and killed 13, in Fort Hood, in Texas. Then, we are told that four armed Police veterans were systemically gunned down by one lone gunman, with no record of expertise with a firearm, who then was injured in the crossfire, yet had the frame of mind to grab one of the guns from at least one of the officers, with no way to know if they were dead or if such a move would render him at risk or a patsy for easier identification.

Oh, and by the way, this same Maurice Clemmons was the subject of at least two known television interviews in 2008 by KOMO and KING television news crews (as a landlord and businessman, of all things, and a victim of fireworks use gone bad and burning down his property). Whether you buy the official story being presented by the mainstream media and police, or you think this looks or smells like you-know-what, the practical end-result is the same for the area and this country: fear, uncertainty, confusion and anger. First the Army, now the Police. Both sworn to protect, both gunned down by an alleged single gunman. Is anyone or anything safe anymore?

And remember, this is not the Seattle area's only cop killing by a minority in the last 45 days. There was another killing on Halloween, with charges of racial motivation amidst continuing allegations by Seattle residents that the police are racists and target black communities. While my heart goes out to the family of each slain officer and any other person harmed by the alleged acts of Clemmons, they deserve the truth, as does the American public. If the official story has merit, it will withstand critical examination, if not, its only a matter of time before the wheels come off of the story.

THE OFFICIAL STORY EXAMINED:

According to the thenewstribune.com, Clemmons was arrested in May by area police for, among other things, child sexual abuse and third degree felony assault and criminal mischief, as well as punching a cop in the face. “I’ll kill all you bitches,” Maurice Clemmons told the Pierce County Jail workers who were trying to book him, according to court records (according to the newstribune). It continued:

"At the time of his arrest, Clemmons allegedly made “religiously-themed comments, told the officer President Obama and Lebron James are his brothers, Oprah (Winfrey) is his sister and referred to himself as ‘the beast,’” the forensic report states. Dannelet and Redick wrote that Clemmons “denied thoughts of harming any officers or anyone specific when pointedly asked.” He went on to say he had “no faith in the justice system” and that he thought he was being “maliciously persecuted because I’m black and they believe the police,” according to the report. Clemmons also referred to himself as the messiah.

Though dangerous, Clemmons was sane enough to know how court worked. There was a prosecutor and a defense attorney, a judge and a jury and eventually a verdict, he said. He knew the child rape charge was a possible third strike that could send him to prison for life.

The psychologists found him competent to stand trial, not a candidate for involuntary commitment. On Nov. 24, he bailed out of jail on a $190,000 bond – the most recent example of his 20-year drift through the criminal justice system." That drift is said to meander as such:

"The odyssey started in 1989, when Clemmons, then 16, was convicted of eight felonies in Arkansas, including aggravated robbery and burglary. He was ordered to serve consecutive rather than concurrent terms. Total sentence: 108 years in prison. (Note: A patent abuse of discretion. Period.)

“He was a mean SOB,” Larry Jegley, prosecutor in Pulaski County, Ark., said Monday. Clemmons was transferred from a juvenile court to adult court, and faced a jury trial. He was young, but jurors saw something bad in him, the prosecutor said. (Note: 106 years for the jurors seeing "something bad in him", something out of the movie Minority Report, because the punishment far exceeded any crime).

“Juries are pretty smart,” Jegley said. “If they want to attribute something to the relative youth of an individual and all that, they’ll do it. The flip side is that they saw in Maurice Clemmons what the juvenile judge saw who transferred him to adult court: grave potential for violence and criminal behavior.” (Note: This makes no sense, it was his first offense and he was 16. Hardly makes him the devil incarnate at age 16. This set the stage for future rage and a deep sense of being wronged, and served no remedial or penal purpose at all).

Records from Arkansas show that Clemmons, at age 27, applied for clemency in 1999, after he’d served 10 years of his 108-year sentence. The clemency application is a seven-page form. (Note: In legal terms, a 108 year sentence of a 16 year old for robbery and assault is outrageous and a patent abuse of discretion. It was a clemency waiting to happen. It does not justify threatening to kill or killing anyone by Clemmons, but if the system thought Clemmons' dangerous, it threw fuel on the fire, rather than mete out actual justice).

One question reads, “What is your reason for requesting executive clemency at this time?”

Clemmons answered with a single word: “Mercy.”

He wrote his own argument. He said he had robbed a house when no one was home, and stolen a cell phone (the victim was an Arkansas state trooper, according to other records). He said he and two accomplices had taken a woman’s purse. He said he was 16 at the time of crimes. He said he’d just moved from Seattle to Arkansas as a teen, had no friends and fell in with the wrong crowd.

“There is absolutely no excuse/justification whatsoever for my past criminal behavior which ultimately led me to commit the crimes which led me to prison, and of which I now eleven years after the fact, seek executive clemency,” he wrote. “Where once stood a young sixteen year old misguided fool, whose own life he was unable to rule, now stands a 27-year-old man, who has learned through the school of hard knocks to appreciate and respect the rights of others.” Huckabee’s four-member clemency board gave a unanimous recommendation for clemency – a commutation and a reduced sentence. Sixth Circuit Judge Marion G. Humphrey supported it, adding a personal note. “I favor a time cut for Maurice Clemmons,” Humphrey wrote. “Mr. Clemmons was 16 years old when his cases began in this court. I do not know why the previous judge ran his sentences consecutively, but concurrent sentences would have been sufficient."(Note: Concurrent sentences are the standard practice. Consecutive sentencing, or stringing sentences, implies penalties rendered for different undelying offenses. That was not the case here. Clemmon's sentence was an abuse of discretion and highly irregular, especially for a 16 year old, and probably started Clemmons down the road of distrust and rage at the system).

Jegley, the Arkansas prosecutor, doesn’t recall whether anyone asked his opinion. He and other prosecutors in Arkansas chafed at Huckabee’s penchant for commuting sentences – a tendency that sparked a long-running feud with the governor’s office (Note: The only thing relevent for this case is Huckabee's reasoning for parol and reverting the sentence in the Clemmons case, not any so called "penchant for commuting sentences en mass". That is a total non sequitor).

“My bet is we didn’t ever get notice,” he said. “’Cause we’d have objected.” (Note: Jegley is accusing the Governer's office of willful evasion of notification, a serious accusation).

Huckabee commuted the sentence on May 2, 2000. The decision reduced Clemmons’ sentence to 47 years and rendered him eligible for parole immediately. (Note: 47 years for robbery and assault as a 16 year old, in a domicile where no one was even home. Hardly a slap on the wrist. Huckabee is being villified for merely righting a wrong here by a buch of reactionary morons who have no clue how unusual a 100 plus year sentence for a non violent property offense by a 16 year old is, regardless if he is a "mean SOB" or not).

That started a new process: an appearance before the parole board. Judge Humphrey weighed in again, writing, “I strongly support parole in this case.” (Note: Any reasonable Judge would support parole in such a case on the facts as presented. 104 years in prison for a sixteen year old, regardless of venue, is extreme and an abuse of discretion, regardless of how potentially dangerous Clemmons was presumed to be in the future under this Minority Report styled application of justice).

Jegley got notice this time. His office objected, according to Arkansas records. The objection was overruled. Clemmons was free. “He walked out in August and was back in trouble in less than a year,” Jegley said. The trouble was a reported robbery in 2001. Clemmons was arrested again on parole violations, but not immediately charged. The case wasn’t great, Jegley recalled.

“There were service problems on that,” he said. “There were some problems proof-wise, once we started really reaching down in and probing.” (Note: There was no excusable neglect. Prosecutors dropped the ball and did not use deligence to serve Clemmons with Notice of Prosecution, although it is unusual to serve notice of a parole violation and pending hearing via process server for robbery).

As a result, Clemmons wasn’t served with charges until 2004, three years after the crime was committed. Defense attorneys argued that prosecutors had taken too long to file their case. The charges were dismissed.
(Note: The State of Arkansas and the prosecutor, not defense attorneys, dropped the ball here and violated state procredural law and the blame lies with them. The law forbids prosecution after such a delay, yet the state delayed anyhow).

Clemmons applied for parole again in 2003. Again, Jegley’s office objected. Again, the objection was overruled. Clemmons was paroled. He applied for an out-of-state transfer to Washington and got it, arriving in 2004. He started a landscaping business, according to his statements in his mental health evaluation. He moved in with his wife and had a child with her. There were two other children in the family. Access full article here.

Gradually, he bought five houses – one in Arkansas, four in Washington. He had no arrests, no troubles with the law, until May of this year, and the incident that led to charges of third-degree assault and malicious mischief, along with the child rape" (why, if current reports are correct, he was allowed to post bond while his current and past mental health were being evaluated, is a mystery, and the REAL REASON Clemmon's was allowed back into the community two weeks ago). According to reports, Clemmons allegedly burst into the diner in question on November 29, 2009, and ambushed 4 police officers in a hit-style assassination. All were killed. There are no indications of exactly what type of gun was used to slay the 4 officers, or where Clemmons recieved his Special Services level training on using a single firearm to take down numerous professionals in Rambo-like style. No civilians were injured, hit, or targeted. Despite being shot in cross-fire, Clemmons had the frame of mind to retrieve a gun of one of his victims from accross the diner despite the risks that could entail. We know this because Clemmons was allegedly found with that officer's gun when he was shot in the back while fleeing the single officer who came accross Clemmons. Stranger still is this comment alleged to be from police by Seattle Weekly.com:

""The person would not show his hands, and began to run away...the officer fired several rounds, took the person into custody...all indications are the person is deceased." Police have now confirmed the person is Clemmons, 37. " All indications? Standard procedure is for the officer to call for backup and an ambulance once he shoots a suspect and renders him non-ambulatory. The paramedics would declare the suspect as being deceased. There would be no other indicators necessary. The police lab techs would show up and make it official. I guess after Major Nadal was declared dead and then, hours later, was declared critically injured but alive, at the Fort Hood shootings, the police wanted to take no chances. Finally, "Jail Sucks Bail Bonds", the company that posted bond on Clemmons, claims they had no knowledge that Clemmons was acting psychotic, claiming to be Jesus or urging others to "watch TV" to see him mete out his own form of justice. Instead, the company claims it would never had approved bail for Clemmons had they known these things. Make of that what you will.

SIMILARITIES BETWEEN THIS LONE SHOOTER AND FORT HOOD:

Here, like in the Fort Hood cases, the alleged lone gunman was indentified as being "dangerous" and possibly nuts. Clemmons, like Nadal, issued vieled and not so vieled threats. Indeed, Clemmons was deemed "dangerous" by psychologists (Nadal was considered a threat and possibly dangerous and psychotic by his fellow doctors, according to the MSM). Yet despite these warnings that are now surfacing, Clemmons and Nadal both had apparent carte blanche by authorities to do whatever they pleased, and now people are asking, "how could we have missed the warning signs?"

The Seattle-Tacoma area, like Fort Hood, had been the scene of previous slayings of police or military personnel. Clemmons was the second accused cop killer nabbed by Seattle Police within a month. Officers shot and wounded Christopher Monfort, 41, Nov. 6, a week after the Halloween night slaying of SPD officer Tim Brenton in the Leschi area (where Clemmons was thought to be hiding yesterday). The gunfire and arrest, which left Monfort paralyzed from the chest down, occurred in Tukwila while mourners were just leaving a memorial service for Brenton in Seattle. Fort Hood has been a constant source of military shootings and unexplained events where a "random" soldier comes unglued.

Here, as in the Fort Hood shootings, the story of how the lone gunman was taken down does not fully add up. We do not know the name of the officer who ended the two day manhunt, nor do we know why Clemmons casually strolled up on a marked police patrol car or why he had a stolen car nearby with the trunk up. Common sense dictates such a car would be in a chop-shop and Clemmons would be wary of any marked vehicles. And in this matter we have no clue as to how Clemmons possessed the expertise to apply a hit style execution en mass to four armed police officers ready to go on duty (laptops or not, they are required to be armed). There are no ballistic reports, no named witnesses, and the list goes on and on.

The Seattle area slayings may be 100 percent Maurice Clemmons acting alone, exactly as the MSM is saying. And yet, it does not add up. At least not the limited facts we have been supplied with. As-is, this is playing out like a psy-op. Which would be a shame if this was just a random insanity from one black man targeting four cops. The slain officers and their families deserve the full story. This story is far from being complete. In the meantime, the overarching issues remain:

Who was Maurice Clemmons? Did he convert to Islam in prison or is this story simply to inflame mainstream America? Where did he get his firearms training? Why did he get 108 years for a first time non violent offense as a 16 year old juvenile (regardless of court he was tried in)? Why, if he was such a danger, was he out on bail after threatening authorities, threatening violence, and allegedly raping a child? How did he go from businessman and alleged property owner to pychotic cop killer in a matter of months? Was this racial and why is the MSM avoiding all of these obvious questions? Lastly, since Clemmons exibited bizarre behavior and was being detained and evaluated at Western State concerning his hallucinations of cannibal baby eaters and his allegation that he was related to Obama and Oprah (and Lebron James), and other crazy actions and statements, why is no one raising the issue of Clemmons and anti-psychotic drugs or other mood altering prescription medications and any possible role they might have played in the slayings.

Message to the MSM. For once, can someone investigate and report all the facts, no matter how damning, to the public in the matter of public safety and law enforcement? We know some members are being charged with aiding and abetting, but how about some names and exactly what role they played (there was an alleged getaway car first reported that has now dropped off the earth).

Lastly, what about the little known mind control experiments done on numerous duped prisoners by intelligence agencies and federally funded medical experiments. This was prevelant in the seventies and eighties, but is it still, and what is the link, if any? Stay tuned...

ANSWERS AND GUNMEN REMAIN MISSING IN BIZARRE FLORIDA FALSE HOSTAGE PARAMILITARY OPERATION

While the mainstream media is busy obsessing over whether Newsweek disrespected Sarah Palin by putting a posed photograph of her in spandex running shorts (by Runner's World) on their cover, the rest of America and the western world continues to slide into economic chaos and an emerging police state.

Here in Florida, troubling questions remain following an apparent false hostage fiasco which Police and Sherriff's officials are blaming on conflicting stories by witnesses and "confusion". The alleged gunmen remain at-large, and victims, witnesses and residents of the small Gulf coast town of Venice are beginning to demand answers and the story has developed legs and is being featured on national newscasts. One central, overaching questions is begging for an answer: How could such a dramatic show of paramilitary force by at least three different police agencies and SWAT units, replete with helicopters, floodlights and canine units and a small army of officers in full military gear and semiautomatic weaponry, result in such a Keystone Cops failure to simply apprehend the gunmen?

This is especially true given the fact that the Fox News affiliate in Tampa Bay is reporting that the 42,000 square foot building was surrounded by Police and SWAT unit officers. Clearly, this is what can and does happen when the government insists on using the equivilent of a meat cleaver to kill a small housefly. Never once during the two-plus hours that SWAT teams and helicopters surrounded the building did Police have verified, reliable information that the so-called hostage takers were still in the Venice TJ Maxx department store. By the time authorities penetrated and cleared the building of "terrified hostages", the perpetrators could have fled to Fort Meyers, or traveled halfway to Miami or Jacksonville. Not surprisingly, Police are not releasing discriptions of the suspects or videotapes except to say they believe the two gunmen were armed "white males" who had rushed the store just before closing. This despite the fact that witnesses stated that the gunmen were covered from head to toe in black clothing and wore a mask and hood (some accounts say Darth Vadar masks).

Paramilitary SWAT officers begin to storm the entrance to TJ Maxx.

Two days later, the unfortunate fiasco is now making national news, including MSNBC, and reports like these are quoting Police as saying now that there was "conflicting reports" over whether the gunmen were still inside or had fleed the scene before Police had arrived, according to Sherriff's Office spokesman Lt. Eric Hill. It is unclear why, amid conflicting reports, SWAT teams responded and surrounded the store, treating the situation as a highly dangerous hostage situation that was still in progress. MSNBC is calling it a "false hostage situation", and a team of paramilitary SWAT members are seen charging the front door in group stance on the video linked here at MSNBC. Later, a sole victim is seen being pulled from the store. Several witnesses also reporting a single gunshot being heard at this time.

Police are refusing to release any videotape of the alleged gunmen taken by the store cameras. Police are refusing to release any information to help indentify the suspects (who are armed and at large) at all. This normally only occurs when Police have reason to believe someone familiar with the inside workings of the store might be involved and do not want to alert potential suspects. Otherwise, the refusal to release any discriptive infomation to the public they allegedly serve is highly problematic on several fronts.

By chance, the Police received a 911 call from 2 alleged female employees about 10 minutes after the gunmen rushed into the store yelling in muffled voices at around 9:30 pm on Tuesday evening. The two employees claimed to have escaped from the back door exit. Not one witness reported any other persons leaving the store from that entrance. Police reponded with a massive display of paramiltary SWAT and air team support, complete with armored vehicles with radars and massive loud speakers, and officers from at least 3 counties dressed in full military fatigues with semiautomatic rifles. Several hours later, with victims cleared from the store and exits sealed, SWAT teams raided the store. Amazingly, the gunmen were nowhere to be found. TRYING TO MAKE SENSE OF THIS UNFORTUNATE EVENT

As some who read this Blog may already know, I moved to where I am in Florida to complete my education in law, and I previously lived on Florida's Gulf Coast. I have a reliable source on the ground in Venice (parents of a good friend) who live close to where this occured. They described something along the lines of a massive, testosterone driven show of paramilitary force, replete with helicopters, canines and fatigue wearing, combat armed SWAT team members. Once it became apparent to most everyone who had gathered in the TJ Maxx parking lot or accross the street that the hostages were out and safe, many (including this source) went home or went to sleep. Later, they described the entire ordeal as "Keystone Cops" and could not believe admidst such a show of police force, the alleged crooks either snuck away, or were long gone before the SWAT teams ever arrived. Remember, Venice is a small town near the beach and outside of Sarasota. The closest metro area is Tampa Bay, about 70 miles north.

The local ABC affiliate was reporting two days after the robbery-hostage fiasco that took place in the town of Venice (which is just outside of Sarasota on the Gulf of Mexico) that witnesses to the SWAT standoff gone bad were still in disbelief on how the two reported robbers got away:

"Stephanie Cook was outside of the store as the hostages trickled out of the store. "How could they not catch them? There's only two ways in and out of TJ Maxx," she asked.

That sentiment was echoed throughout Venice, but police were not answering any questions about how the men escaped from a building that was surrounded by law enforcement," reported Rebecca Mendina from the the Tampa Bay Action News affiliate. It is highly recommended the reader watch each video to help fill in the cracks and summarize the facts in this story.

According to MSNBC, the SWAT team (which could have thwarted an attempted invasion by a small third world nation) surrounded the building and secured both exits and essentially used a bullhorn and cellphone to announce their presence and called the store manager at his home. From there, the basically helped so-called hostages too scared to move find the front door; and meanwhile, amidst all the pomp and circumstance of assembling several dozen armed paramilitary officers around the store, the alleged gunmen were long gone. Later, when the small army of SWAT members stormed the store fully shielded and with weapons bared, an older woman inside was injured. And, around this same time, at least one witness heard a single shot of gunfire. Police claimed the injured woman, who had to be dragged from the store by a SWAT member on a make-shift triage stretcher, was injured after she was pushed to the ground by one of the gunmen (and denied any shots were discharged).

Sarasota County Sheriff's spokeswoman Wendy Rose stated, "From what I understand, they (the hostages) were hiding in separate locations throughout the building, just not knowing whether it was safe to come out," Rose said. Some of the hostages had their wrists tied together. Nowhere has it been stated that the alleged gunmen asked where the store safe was, nor did they assemble all the so-called hostages on the floor together near the back of the store (standard operating procedure in a planned retail store holdup).

The Tampa Bay ABC affiliate had this to say during the hostage standoff, obviously parroted from the Sarasota County press release:

"VENICE, FL -- Sarasota County Deputies say 6 people have been saved from a hostage situation at a TJ Maxx on U.S. 41. Deputies say two men with guns went into the store just before 9:00 Tuesday night. They reportedly took four employees and two customers hostage.

SWAT teams (note: from 3 counties) were called in and by 1:30 Wednesday morning, they had pulled all hostages out of the building safely. One woman had some minor injuries from being shoved to the ground. Authorities have not yet found the gunmen but they are believed to still be in the building."

Nelson Hertzog, who manages a Papa John's Pizza store in Jacksonville, Florida, and who hails from Venice, Florida, stated that he received a series of tweets and emails during the time the TJ Maxx incident was unfolding from relatives. At the time they thought, due to the size and scope of the response by authorities, that terrorists had taken people hostage inside the TJ Maxx that was mere blocks from their house. For the next few hours, Hertzog stated that he tried (unsuccesfully) to get real-time news updates via his iphone, and finally got to the bottom of what was going on once he got home and accessed the Internet of his home PC. For several hours many in the Venice area who could not gather with the crowds in the TJ Maxx store, thought (erroneously) that terrorists had hostages inside the TJ Maxx. Given the size of the response and air cover provided by helicopters, and all the commotion and floodlights that come with such an operation, such an assumption and fear is hardly unwarranted. This author initially learned of the Venice incident from Mr. Hertzog.

Police say they do believe robbery is the motive though they won't say how much money or what types of things the men took from the store. Since the faces of the men were covered, they're having trouble with a description. They are hoping surveillance footage from the store might help them with some of the details, according to the local Tampa Bay News affiliate.

A massive number of SWAT officers in combat faitigues (and many wearing backpacks and utility gear while fully armed), are seen entering the TJ Maxx in the local Fox affiliate from Tampa Bay video linked here. Also in the video is an armored Sherriff's vehicle with a large speaker and radar at it's top which, according to several residents in the parking lot, emitted deafening noises and a loud voice which instructed the gunmen to come out. When several hostages came through the door, a booming voice yelled to the victims to put their hands over their head, apparently from this enormous loud speaker as well. Many victims could not put their heads over their hands because their hands were still tied and appeared frightened and confused when exiting the store. "They were screaming and they was a nervous wreck and they were tied up," witness Chuck Kaylor said. "And the police told them to raise their hands,(note: a witness from several blocks away heard the "hands up" command being blasted) and they couldn't obviously."

Welcome to 21st Century law enforcement in the new modern world order, where the bankers and speculators who have helped bankrupt this nation get bailouts, and the people get a botched, knee-jerk police response in full paramilitary regalia and victims being yelled at to get their hands over their heads despite the fact their hands are tied, by some faceless moron in an armored vehicle. Thank God none of these people were shot. And yet the day after it was business as usual at TJ Maxx, with many of the victims who were too afraid to let their names or pictures be used by the media, were forced by economic strain to return right back to work while never knowing if the gunmen will ever be caught. And the gunmen, they got away. I guess we should be thankful they did not get a bailout as well.

Meanwhile, Southwest Florida's finest from several counties got a chance to show off their new federally funded paramilitary toys, run around with semiautomatic rifles and full combat fatigues, and storm a local retailer that they knew, or should have known, had no sign of the gunmen inside (only terrified victims). That's because long before they stormed the building authorities were notified via a second 911 call that a black SUV was seen fleeing the scene with its headlights off suspiciously. That call was ignored, and instead the equivilent to a meatcleaver was used to kill a housefly. And Police continue to hunt leads for the missing gunmen clad in black.

OF SOCIAL ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURED TALES OF HEROISM

Over the past several days, several media outlets, including The Guardian and the New York Times, have admitted that the original story that attributed Sgt. Kimberly Munley as the brave officer who brought down the Ft. Hood shooter was not exactly true. Editor and Publisher has gone even further, in it's online article entitled, "Another Media Black Eye: Second Cop-not Kimberly Munley-Brought Down Ft. Hood Killer", writer Gregory Mitchell asks the obvious in the article's concluding sentences:

"But what else will turn out false about Fort Hood claims from military, e.g. the "Allahu Akbar" shouts?

Yes, Munley is a hero for facing the bullets. And, no, this isn't another Jessica Lynch case, but it does have some disturbing similarities.

Plus: Just coincidence that a white woman got the credit over a black male? We'll soon find out. Perhaps. But this time, put aside the military's official narrative. First time, shame on the source. Second time, shame on the media. Third time?"

Make no mistake, Munley was and is brave for charging in and confronting the gunman, and was wounded after being shot 3 times, and certainly was up to the call. But why attribute the takedown of the shooter to her if it was evident she was shot 3 times by that very shooter (allegedly the untrained non-marksman Major Hasan), who then reloaded before being taken down by Munley's partner, Sgt. Todd? Was there not enough room for 2 heros? What was wrong with Todd? Too male? Too black? A simple connecting of the dots and interviewing of witnesses would have shown Todd took down the gunman after Munley was shot 3 times.

Instead we are given a fictional spin of the mighty-mite working mom (aka the Petite Rambo) taking down the alleged dangerous jihadist, getting wounded in the process, and then calling her son via cellphone at daycare and arranging for someone else to pick him up because mom was injured. Why? Sgt. Munley is just as brave for doing what she did without taking down the gunman. Why did this story need Super Mom to stop the bad guy, and why did no one question the official press release on this?

Social Engineering and manufactured tales of heroism are nothing new with our military and MSM. Jessica Lynch (as mentioned by E&P) comes to mind, as does the almost completely fabricated Pat Tillman hero story that was pushed into the MSM by military "engineers". The difference is with both Lynch and Tillman is that Lynch herself, and the family of Pat Tillman, finally said enough was enough and called the U.S. Military on their lies and coverups. Tillman's family actually sued the government. And make no mistake, what Lynch and the Tillmans did took a good bit of courage and good old fashioned ethics. Yet, the U.S. Army and the federal government seems to lack any ethical foundation whatsoever these days (and have been caught in lie after lie after lie). Add the mainstream media to that list of liars as well, since they should know better by now, but mechanically repeat whatever they are told to by authorities, blindly and obediantly. At least The NY Times tried to set the record straight but still refuses to admit it was a PR arm.

The only difference so far between the Lynch and Tillman stories that were eventually exposed as U.S. Government propaganda, and the Munley super-mom jihad take-down story, is that the Tillman tragedy and the Lynch story were exposed as being almost totally created whole-cloth to use to the military's advantage. Munley, while not responsible for taking down the shooter, was certainly shot. Her story is but one of the Fort Hood stories (albiet, a central one). We are not yet at that point in the Fort Hood shootings where hindsight can prove beneficial, yet we still have every indicia of a terrorist event (whether real or staged as a false flag). But stay tuned. The truth has a crafty way of eventually seeping out.

It is almost like a tragedy unfolds before the nation, and several stories that seem crafted by PR firms are flung out before the country in official looking press releases, and then left to the masses and the sceptical to flesh out into some sort of truth. And what is the truth? Like I said before, in my previous post, we will probably never know. And there are many other articles and posts that have examined oddities, inaccuracies and strange reports that emerge from this tragedy daily. The numerous MSM stories and accounts still do not add up, and may crumble under the scrutiny test like this one did. And Editor and Publisher is right to ask: what else is made up?

JEHADI DEJA VU: HASAN, 9-11 MUSLIMS, AND STRIP CLUBS

HASAN NOW ALLEGED TO FREQUENT LOCAL STRIPCLUB:

Major Hasan, the alleged sole gunman in the Fort Hood Massacre, is now being revealed as a frequant customer of a local Texas stripclub, where he somehow found time to visit in between work and his multiple visits to his local Mosque. This, after reports that Major Hasan worshipped at the same Virginia Mosque as some of the 9-11 terrorists, and was allegedly trying to contact Al Quida according to hearsay unnamed sources who are allegedly connected to the FBI. And despite how foolish it now looks, all the DHS and the Army seemed concerned with is diversity in wake of the shootings. Now, Hasan is alleged to have taken another page from the same playbook as the so-called 9-11 terrorists. Fox News reported the following:

"The Army psychiatrist authorities say killed 13 people and wounded 29 others at the Fort Hood Army Base Thursday was a recent and frequent customer at a local strip club, employees of the club told FoxNews.com exclusively." Note-this would normally be a non-story, because what someone does in their private time should be their own business. But this is not the first time a so-called devout, religious Muslim that has been accused of mass murder by the mainstream media. Why Fox news would think that an employee reporting that Hasan preferred blondes is somehow newsworthy is beyond me, but this appears to be as much as an attempt to show hypocrisy or connect Hasan to the 9-11 terrorists by inference as it is a news story.

Where have we heard this all before? No, not Jimmy Swaggart (but close). The 9-11 highjackers, all supposed devout Muslims, were reported as visiting several strip clubs from California to Florida, and several places in between. The most infamous visit of all was the alleged Pink Pony Stripclub event by Mohammed Atta and others who are alleged to have been drunk and bragging about what they were about to do. And, of course, at least one account had them leaving a Koran behind in the club. But this was hardly the only case of Muslims terrorists being connected to strip clubs and pornography.

Remember, some of the hallmarks of disinformation is that it smears by mere association and conflicts to cause uncertainty and confusion. Disinformation is best when it is allegedly "leaked" on a day by day basis for that "drip, drip, drip" effect. By the time its over its all you can do to lift your hands over your head and give up, having been washed over by waves and waves of things that conflict yet eventually merge together. Who knows if this story is factual or created, but the drip, drip, drip effect with all of this information is undeniable.

The History Commons website reported that 9-11 Hijacker Jarrah stayed in Jacksonville, Florida for unknown reasons several times, and frequented a local stripclub there:

"After returning to the US for the fifth time, 9/11 hijacker Ziad Jarrah flies immediately to Jacksonville, Florida, where he stays at the Ramada Inn for a week. He had previously visited Jacksonville (see January 22-26, 2001), as had Mohamed Atta and Marwan Alshehhi (see (October 2000)). While in Jacksonville, he frequents Wacko’s strip club. A worker there will later say that the FBI comes to the club after 9/11 to ask questions and show pictures “of the 9/11 terrorists,” and a dancer recognizes Jarrah from a photo line-up."

History Commons also reproduced an FBI spreadsheet listing many of these activities, including a report that on July 4th to the 27th, certain highjackers spent hundreds of dollars on pono movies and sex toys, and in the days leading up to the attacks on 9-11, that certain hijackers paid for sex with prostitutes, In fact, the entire timeline and spreadsheet are replete with examples of alleged contact between 9-11 terrorists and strip clubs or strippers. In fact, investigative journalist Daniel Hopsickler did a detailed investigation of the activities of Atta and the other terrorists and they stays in Florida, and even produced a video and book on the subject.

The Muslim terrorist meets stripper theme is one that is hardly new, the thing that many Hollywood subplots and even a novel titled, "The Unknown Terrorist" by Tasmanian born Richard Flanagan, and a novel based on a terrorist conducting research in a stripclub called "The Garden of the Last Days" by Andre Dubus, III. Regardless, one thing is for sure, the story on Hasan and the Fort Hood massacre is cut from the same cloth as the story behind the 9-11 Muslim terrorists that was fed to the public following 9-11. Whether this is the result of the same flawed, hypocritical Jihadi activities, or the byproduct of a clandestine intelligence operation gone amuk, only time will tell. Having close connections to those that were in crypto- intelligence or Marine special forces, I know that life is rarely black and white, and is sometimes shades of gray. And sometimes an operation is so in-your-face that they will leave an obvious calling card for those who wish to connect the dots between different events. It's too soon to tell, but things still do not add up.

And this 9-11 inference is so obvious that even some of the hard core conservative forums and blogs have put 2 and 2 together, however, it never occurs to these people that this could be simply the same card being played again by whoever wants to exploit this event and fear of muslim terrorists. At least they see what we all are seeing.

Now it appears that one arm of the federal government is not shaking hands with the other. Which creates even more confusion. Stay tuned. LONE FT. HOOD GUNMAN STORY UPDATE: THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS

The Los Angelas Times has done everyone who has been scratching their heads about the tragic Fort Hood massacre and the accused gunman Nidal Malik Hasan a big favor. The Times tracked down the suppossed Uncle of Major Hasan, who recently awoke from his coma and ventilator in a Texas hospital.

The Uncle, Rafik Ismail Hasan, was found in the West Bank by a Times corrospondent.

For those who linked to the article above, it is clear the man in the picture has been crying. He tells the Times that the entire family is "in a state of denial", and that none of them believe he was capable of doing something like he is accused of. "I was amazed and shocked", the Uncle is quoted as saying. "It is not like him. He is very quiet, gentle."

That, by itself, would hardly be newsworthy, as most family members state something like the above. However, it's what the Uncle says later in the article that should start raising the red flags. Mr. Hasan states that although his nephew became more religious following his parent's death, it had nothing to do with political or radical identity:

""He never knew anything about politics," Hamad said. "He didn't know who is the president or the king of any Arab country. He's American. . . . He once told me, 'The chances I have in the United States I couldn't have in any other country in the world, so I appreciate what this country has done for me.' "

Hamad also said that while his nephew had complained about racial slurs, he seemed to be handling it well:

""He told me: 'They're ignorant. I'm more American than they are. I help my country more than they do. And I don't care what they say.' He felt sorry for them. He didn't feel grudges; he felt sympathy."

Mr. Hamad also noted that his nephew once grieved for three months when he rolled over during a nap and crushed his pet parakeet. Also, during medical school his switched to psychiatry because he fainted at the sight of blood while delivering a baby. There is a nephew who is quoted in the article as well, who states that he had heard the same things from Major Hasan from the states.

The Uncle states that he would like to offer his condolences to the victims of the tragedy and apologize, and that if his nephew did what he is accused of, he must have snapped, and whatever caused it was big. There are references to the Doctor's increasing caseload, and how he was affected by the soldier's maladies.

"But for him, I don't know what I can do. If he wakes up, I want to ask him, 'Did you do it, and why?' I want to know. Otherwise, I have nothing to say to him." , the Uncle concludes.

Meanwhile, back in the States, the New York Times is reporting that the Fort Hood gunman gave signals before his rampage. "But relatives and acquaintances say tensions that led to the rampage had been building for a long time. Investigators say Major Hasan bought the gun used in the massacre last summer, days after arriving at Fort Hood."

"In recent years, he had grown more and more vocal about his opposition to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and tortured over reconciling his military duties with his religion. He tried to get out of the Army, relatives said, and apparently believed it to be impossible, though experts say he was probably given inadequate advice." The Times article reports. This is like Alice in Wonderland, is it not?

The NY Times article stands in stark contrast to the LA Times article. Accoring to the Uncle pictured in the LA Times and NPR articles, and the nephew, Hasan was proud to be an American and in the Army, and they make no mention that he was trying (or suing) to get out of the Army.

And it comes as no surprise that the NY Times article quotes anonymous sources and does not name the family members they are quoting. As posted here earlier last Friday, a supposed Aunt and bank president made a passing reference that Hasan was trying to get out of the country. Yet the family is supposed to have been in shock and disbelief over this. The Aunt was somehow made available before they had even reported that Hasan was anything other than dead.

Radio talkshow host and Infowars.com's Alex Jones has raised the issue of whether the Major was on Prozac or some other mood altering substance, as is often the case in shooting incidents like the Columbine High School shootings in Colorado. If the Major was indeed exhibiting signs of severe stress and conflict and was giving lectures on Islam and how the nonbelievers will be ultimately be beheaded (as reported in the media), and trying to get out of the Army, then the brass who promoted Hasan and ignored the warning signs need to be held to account, and even prosecuted under the UCMJ. Their reckless disregard for the safety of the soldiers on this base, and the promotion of Hasan from Captain to Major, need to be called on to the carpet. And last and not least, Senator Joe Lieberman has asked for a Congressional investigation on how these warning signs could have been ignored.

Ultimately, this all cannot possibly be resolved. Someone is mistaken, or lying, or stretching the truth, or writing from a script. And consider this link to a quote from a SFC who was stationed at Ft. Hood for 10 years, who says "there is no way the official story is true...it stinks to high heavens." A whole plethora of oddities about the Ft. Hood shootings have been compiled here by Citizens for a Legitimate Government.

Meanwhile, as predicted here and by others on Friday, the MSM in now reporting that officials have concluded that Hasan was a lone gunman, and also that the FBI had been investigating Hasan for up to a year before the shootings, and determined he was no threat. Hasan is also reportedly awake and talking to doctors and his lawyer. The FBI will be investigating its own conduct in dropping the ball on Hasan, so expect heads to roll over that (not).

Several days later, heartbroken family members and questions of terrorism and stunned family members are still not resolved. And the story grows stranger and still does not add up. I fully expect some sort of confession to be attributed to Hasan, although many will wonder why the confession raises yet more questions than answers. Like I said, these tragedies follow a pattern, like an illness. It's part of the reason that many of the families from Columbine, Oklahoma City and 9-11 sued the federal government and other agencies. I hope this was just a random tragedy, but this appears to be something deeper (whether actual terrorism or made to look like terrorism). And, of course, we haven't even addressed to gunshop issues and the gun control cries that will come out of this.

IN THE NEW WORLD ORDER, EVEN HORSE RACES MAKE SOCIAL STATEMENTS

Mr. Moss is the owner of Zenyatta, a very large and special filly who beat the colts and geldings in the Breeder's Cup Classic this past weekend, an event promoted by the media as Zenyatta versus the boys. Rachel Alexandra, another special filly, beat the males in the Preakness and Woodward Stakes earlier this year. These events were very highly rated for a horse race. Moss is a wealthy, retired record executive who is friends with the rich and famous like Sting and Bill Gates. He named his horses, like Zenyatta and Tiago, off of Police album covers. So, Moss and his rich friends and the media can't help but use what went on in horse racing this year as a statement for the masses, right?

"Asked to address the social significance of what has turned out to be the Year of the Female in horse racing, Moss said:

“The social significance is apparent,” Moss said. “Women are as good as men. That's it. If not better on occasion. Go for it. Take it.” (NY Daily News, AP)

What follows is to Moss and anyone else who finds social lessons lurking in a horse race, from those like me who cringe when they hear such sweeping statements. It reaches far beyond horse racing, so even if you cannot stand the Sport of Kings, read on:

Great, the filly won. Can't we leave the human social engineering out of Zenyatta's victory?

And, typical of those in Moss's position, the mixed message: Z beating the males is a big deal, yet any girl is as good or better than a male and can beat them. Which is it? Obviously, Moss does not believe any girl can beat boys or Z would have taken on the boys a long time ago. Another rich white guy in the entertainment business who talks all progressive but acts another way entirely.

For those of you who wondered why the media and racing got behind Zenyatta and RA in such a fevorish pitch, the quote from Moss says it all.

Yeah women. Boo men. And, oh, let the good ol boys make tons of cash off of this because we are all fools.

And note in turf articles that RA and Zenyatta did not merely "win" their races or "beat" the boys; no, they "beat up" the boys, they "wiped the track" with them (actual quotes from the media). Why is that needed?

This sort of game is dangerously misinformed. The physical differences between men and women are more striking than between a filly and a colt. It is never ok to "beat up" the boys, or the girls. For the horseplayers and lovers of the sport, RA and Zenyatta were-and are great fillies who fought hard and beat the boys. For the rest of this bizarre society, it's another chance to show a woman beating up on inferior males. Why does it always have to be about that? Ask a tom girl who grew up being treated like one of the boys by her brothers if males and females are generally equal in competitive drama. Most will answer that the boys are much tougher, and they were toughened up by the boys.

Why can't we praise Z or RA without bashing the colts and geldings they beat, or males in general? I follow racing to escape the social engineering I know is going on in our society, a model designed to emasculate males while exalting women. Why do that? I suggest reading Machiavelli's "The Prince" to understand the importance of nuetering the males that one rules over. It's required reading for U.S. politicians.

A survey recently conducted by a U.S. Gov. funded company which questioned over 10,000 females aged 16-29 throughout this country, asked if them if men in that age group are as masculine, as male-like, as Gen-Xers (aged 30-48), 98 percent aswered "no", and that their aged male peers are more effeminate and are less likely to take charge in a dangerous situation. Twenty percent said they were physically superior to their boyfriends. And, of course, males (especially husbands) are portrayed on TV as bumbling boobs like Ray Ramono or Tim Allen on Home Improvement. Life imitates art.

So, excuse me Mr. Moss. The message that women are as good, if not better, than men has been drilled into everyone's head ad naseum. The message should be that Z is an exceptional filly that was better than any other horse regardless of gender.

If fillies were as good, if not better, at beating colts than any filly who raced colts would not need a weight break to level the playing field. If women were as good, if not better, than the men, then Serena Williams would be competitive against the best males (which she is not, just ask her). We would frown equally on domestic violence of any sort. But society does not, they villify men beating up women (as they should), but laud women who beat up men (who do not fight back).

Remember Lorraina Bobbit? She cut of her husband's you know what? It became a big joke. And then women wonder where all the good men have gone.

Underground. Fact: In all but the rarest of situations, women are not as fast as men, as strong as men, and that gap is NOT closing Mr. Moss. Women are equal or better than men in reasoning and brainpower (IMO). But Z beat the boys physically, not with her brains...but, the real reason the rich like women to control the men is that women are (generally) much more submissive to authority than men. So, if you are engineering a society...you target, flatter and empower the female base. Then you control the men they rule.

Some little girl will hear what Moss and others say, will want to play football or fight against the boys, and then will be in for the shock of her life when a boy truly hits her like she is one of the boys. Then she will run home crying, the mother will sue, the boy who hit her will be villified and possibly prosecuted. But, then again, the next generation coming may be so emasculated that they will just roll over...

It's a horse race. There should be no "social message". But once you make one, be prepared for rebuttal.

This ain't the "greatest generation" of your grandfather, baby. Or, like the Russian guy I work with loves to say, "Most American men are wimps and afraid of everything, especially women. And they are stupid, believe everything their government tells them".

He tells me this because he knows I am not the average, dumbed down white male and he respects me. He laughs daily when he sees propaganda that implies women are superior to men mentally and physically in our media. We, on the other hand, are brainwashed that such statements have merit. The poor guy thought he was moving to rugged individualistic America. That was years ago. Now we are like a flock of scared birds, being led around by those who animate this society.

Z beating the boys was special. A SPECIAL girl can compete and sometimes beat the boys. Not girls generally.

IT IS SPECIAL. So, Mr. Moss, treat it that way. Spare those of us here in the horseracing world your political agenda. We get enough of that garbage outside of here. Stop blurring the lines for the young people out there. And you know as well as I do that in the animal kingdom the male of 99 percent of all creatures, and ALL mammals, is physically superior to the female. That is why running with the bulls in Spain is a daredevil sport for fools and drunks while running with the cows is, well, a joke.

So, congrats on the special filly. But leave the social engineering at the door, ok?

It's a horse race, for crying out loud. Not a social statement for the PR guys to exploit the masses over, ok?

Moss is a globalist and a liberal. No big deal, except when you make social statements tied to racing a horse. What makes Z's victory so special is BECAUSE she beat the boys...NOT because women are as good or better than men. Because even assuming there is some link between horses and humans, if beating the boys was so routine:

...then why is Z beating the boys such a big deal?

See the hypocrisy of that statement? And silly me, I thought Z's victory meant she was a very special horse, regardless of gender. How nice we have those like Moss to remind that this is all about the gender wars and them lining their pockets off the fevor pitch it produces, and the false hope it gives many young girls who want to beat the very best of the boys in football or basketball, or boxing. And it may surprise you to learn that many female athletes and feminists do not approve of this kind of women can beat men marketing. Its exploitive.

And, btw, I have lived around animals of all kind all of my life. In the animal kingdom, the females still want a male stronger and more fierce than they are to breed with them. It's for survival, get it? That is why most animals fight or physically challenge each other before they mate. If the male backs down, he is history.

Then, of course, there is the black widow spider. Is that where next generation is heading? I apologize for going off on this, but I truly resent such statements being made to the general public under the auspices of horseracing. It makes you think that the race, like American society, was itself engineered.

A great horse trainer several decades ago said that the difference in speed between the colts and fillies is minimal, but that even the most enormous of fillies or mares is no match physically for even an average male thoroughbred. Of course, any scientist could tell you that. Yet, to hear those idiots on TV talking, if a mare is bigger than the boys, she can beat them up and outrun them as well.

A filly beating grade 1 males is very special and RARE. Let's treat it that way and keep the social engineering out of it. Zenyatta won. She did not "beat up" any colts, nor did she send any social message. Its a horse race, for crying out loud!

In the new world order, sporting events and even horse races will be making social statements. And the mindless masses will fall for it hook, line and sinker. And the elite will laugh all the way to the bank.

FORT HOOD SHOOTER INFORMATION NOT ADDING UP

What happened Thursday November 5, 2009 was a tragedy. Gunman Major Nidal Malik Hasan allegedly snapped and went on a shooting rampage at Fort Hood in Texas, killing at least 12 and injuring 31 others. The information coming in has been conflicting and at times wildly contradictory. Some of this is the result of the newness of the tragedy. But through nonstop coverege the media has begun to flesh out a good deal of the story, and yet a careful examination of just some of the more widely stated information shows there are troubling and conflicting problems with the MSM and government's version of what happened.

This is starting to have the earmarks and anatomy of a disinformation pych ops story.

Update: On November 8, 2009 the media is now reporting that Hasan attended the same Virginia mosque as several of the 9-11 hijackers, and that he attempted to contact Al Quida.

For instance, the media reported that Hasan was promoted to Major in May of this year. And yet, stories coming from what is passing as his family, the FBI and co-workers state that Hasan had wanted out of the military given the government's stand on Afghanistan and Muslims. Indeed, his Aunt "Noel Hasan" (who is interestingly enough identified herself as a Bank President) and his cousin both gave statements to the media which provided that Hasan wanted out of the military and had been harassed since 9-11 about his Muslim faith. Co-workers and the authorities have also stated that Hasan had an Internet presence and a Facebook account, and the FBI has him under survailance for the past 6 months for radical anti-American and pro-Muslim writings on his online accounts.

Now, why on earth would the military promote a man who was unhappy, had objected to being in the military, had not wanted to deploy to anywhere outside of the U.S., and who had allegedly made himself a security threat with online radical comments? The answer is they would never promote such an individual, and someone who badly wants out of the military (to the point of offering to pay back medical school costs to the U.S. military, according to Hasan's Banker aunt). Not only that, if Hasan was truly radical and wanted out he would have never put in for a promotion to Major. But the fact remains he was promoted to Major this year. Try to reconcile those conflicting testimonies and facts.

The media had originally reported that witnesses had seen between 3 and 5 gunmen. Then that number went to 3, with Hasan being wounded and taken in to custody, and two other suspects allegedly being taken into custody and later released after being "cleared" and jumping into a Crown Victoria with US Government license plates on it (and men in suits inside). Now we are even being told that Hasan was yelling "Allahu Akbar" or (Allah is good) while he was gunning down victims. Hours ago witnesses remarked how methodical and stoic the accused gunman was.

On top of this, several outlets were reporting that Hasan was an expert or marksman shooter with a pistol in the army, and had spent numerous hours honing his shooting skills. Then, that rumor was undercut by the following statement to Fox News:

"The shooter's cousin, Nader Hasan, told Fox News that their family is in shock.

"We are trying to make sense of all this," Nader Hasan said. "He wasn't even someone who enjoyed going to the firing range."

They cannot even decide if the man if 40 or 39. And on top of that, he graduated from Virginia Tech for his undergraduate work, and others "close" to Hasan said he was gentle and quiet and wanted to make a career out of his Psychiatry degree in the military. Hasan was not married, but very religious who prayed daily. One source stated he was not looking for a wife, another source (in the same article) says he was.

Confused yet? It is only going to get worse. And one thing is for sure, Hasan will be the lone gunman, the other's idenitified by eyewitnesses as shooters as well will be ignored and forgotten by the military and the media. And Hasan will be portrayed as a radical unstable Muslim idealist who somehow passed screening into the Army, into Army medical school and psychiatry residency, and the lone gunman here.

And since Hasan has no immediate family and is single, with two so-called family members who appear to have all the media savvy of a PR man from the Rendon Group, he is the perfect patsy.

I hate to say it, but this tragedy stinks to high heavens and reaks of clandestine intelligence operations.
Only time will tell, but the government media complex will continue to lie about this for as long as they can get away with it. And against this backdrop, the website Chicago.com is blasting President Obama for his Frightening Insinsesativity following the shootings.

We are truly living in a bizarre and corrupt time.

Headline: Larry Birkhead - D.A. Tried to Influence Testimony on Anna Nicole, Drugs and Daughter

Forget the fact that this involves the tabloid saga of Anna Nicole Smith, Larry Birkhead and their daughter Dannielynn. Larry Birkhead should be lauded for having the courage to testify under oath that he was pressured and coerced by the Deputy District Attorney to "ramp up" his testimony and to imply that drugs that were allegedly supplied to the late Ms. Smith by the defendants Stern, Kapoor and Eroshevich affected the brain functions of his daughter. This came up during cross examination by Stern's attorney while Birkhead was on the stand as a state witness in the State of California v. Stern, et al. The full story is linked to here:

I predict this story will be swept under the rug. In a fair judicial system with a level playing field, this Deputy District Attorney, Sarah Slice, would immediatly be forced to recuse herself from the prosecution and take the stand for charges of tampering and influencing a witness in a criminal trial (an offense which carries harsh penalties, including criminal charges, and disciplinary charges before the State Bar, which could result in suspension or even disbarment). Of course, the testimony of Birkett carries with it the indicia of truth since it was given under oath, but Slice deserves a chance to defend herself and explain why the witness would testify to such a thing. However, when a prosecutor is accused of misconduct, the resulting indifference by the courts and the media is entirely different than if a defense lawyer was accused of misconduct.

The reasons are obvious. And whether or not a defense lawyer is held to account has alot to do with the size and prestige of the law firm he is working with. The reason that accusations against prosecutors are played down and swept under the rug (or, at the most, dealt with behind closed doors in chambers), is because many times the actions of the prosecutor are the direct result of pressures from higher ups to secure a conviction at any cost. This is especially true in high profile cases, or involving high profile and political issues as well. I know. I have been there when I was falsely accused and later acquitted of numerous bogus criminal fraud and theft charges, in retaliation to me standing up for my 1st Amendment right to speak out and also petition the civil courts for a redress of grievances. Although my attorney and I had evidence that the State had engaged in unethical behavior, and the judge threw out all charges against finding no credible evidence that any crime had ever been committed by me, the prosecutor (who was pressured by higher ups in my high profile case as I was a business owner) was never held to account, nor was her superiors.

This prosecutor, who told my attorneys off the record that it was cases like mine that made her wish she would have stayed in the nursing profession, is no longer with the State Attorney's Office that bought charges against me. But make no mistake about it. Prosecutorial misconduct is happening with alarming regularity in many jurisdictions. It is rarely addressed by the media, or even the so-called truth and patriot movements or the alternative media. And yet, it is a VITAL cog in the advancement of a police state and a unified front in fighting the latest war on whatever (which is really a war on citizens who will not go quietly into the so-called global New World Order). And of course, I can document what I am talking about in my instance with court documents and transcripts.

An important notice to the alternative media: Since criminal court is how those in control deal with those who do not tow the line and political adversaries, it would serve you well to start featuring examples of this growing and disturbing trend of misconduct and corruption in our criminal justice system. A few commentators in the mainstream media have concentrated on this, such as Paul Craig Roberts who wrote a book, "The Tyranny of Good Intentions" which makes the case for the corruption of power in our run amok criminal justice system. Most of the alternative media acts like these specific instances of abuse of power do not tie in to their bigger picture, and would rather concentrate on big, nonspecific allegations against the executive or legislative branches. Yet two centuries ago Jefferson himself knew the most dangerous and stealth branch capable of destroying liberty and the Constitutional moorings of the country was the judiciary, because they could destroy the constition with a measured, "stealthy, ever increasing" frequency.

The alternative media needs to start concentrating on this cancer in our courts and government and heed Jefferson's warnings before the fringes grow into the majority of cases before our courts. At that time, it will be too late. Remember, tyrants historically have done a majority of their evil under the color and rubric of local or national law.

The David Letterman Exposes CBS to Millions Distraction

The entire Letterman fiasco that the media is in a frenzy over is a complete distraction.

And not well thought out, either. Of course, the media misses this whole point because it only serves to further distract the masses. If anyone actually cared about the merits of this matter, perhaps they would actually try to get to the bottom of why Letterman would so easily turn the entire matter over to a DA, and throw his employer under the bus in the process. After all, the allegations against the accused, if true, prove that execs at CBS were well aware of "Hef" Letterman, and what many would see as a hostile work environment where the boss and star slept with many of his female underlings.

But again, its a distraction to everyone except Letterman and the parties of interest. Meanwhile our republic is in trouble and the President is lobbying for the Daley-Oprah Chicago machine in Europe for the 2016 Olympics (unsuccesfully).

If Letterman was being blackmailed for 2 million, and that is a big if until we know the full story, the reason WHY such a producer would hold that over Letterman's head was not to avoid public embarrasment, it was to avoid the legal fallout that would follow when a witness and party of knowledge went public.

So, Letterman went to the Manhattan DA, who was probably something back in the day, and exposed this extortion or blackmail plot. Meanwhile, Dave gets to tell the whole country he had sex with several staffers.

Does anyone remember the way Dave the hypocrite rode Clinton about Lewinsky? How he berated Linda Tripp about going public? How he made Palin's kid look like a little slut with the A-Rod comment (and I am no big Palin fan).

Now the ladies on the AM shows, including Cathy Lee Gifford and Anne Curry, are disgusted by the entire fiasco. I read a comment at a website out of eastern Europe insinuating that the Letterman affair proves anyone with money and fame can get an American woman to go to bed with them, regardless if they are married or not.

I can't say I agree with that, but it does make those around him appear vapid and starstruck. And remember, even if a boss gets "consent" from an employee, that is hardly a defense to a charge of a hostile work environment or sexual harassment. The gravaman of the offense is that consent is usually coerced by the position of power or trust possessed by the alleged offender. You have to believe the lawyers in the greater New York City area are licking their chops. The alleged extortion shows CBS knew, and apparently did nothing. There is probably more to it, but this does not look good for CBS.

CBS, for their part, will likely state that it does not officially employ Letterman, it employs his company World Wide Pants, and as a contractor. The New York Times has even hinted as much. This is simply a legal end-run. At the end of the day, CBS, not WWP, is the respondent superior here.

In any event, the $2 million he was being extorted out of will seem like chump change when those NY and Conneticut lawyers get ahold of Letterman in court. Mark my word, the settlement will cost CBS multiple millions, as Letterman is their responsibility, and the execs at CBS OBVIOUSLY knew about this or else a producer could not have been blackmailing Dave! However, if none of the women (including Dave's one time assistant Stephanie Birkett) come forward to file a lawsuit, Letterman and CBS will have dodged a bullet. But the entire bizarre alleged plot will not do Letterman's legacy any favors.

If Letterman was being blackmailed, it was wrong. However, the attorney for the accused producer has said that their is much more to this story. Regardless, putting the hit on your female staff is an abuse of trust, if it is true. So, while it is a distraction, it also shows how far this culture has fallen, when a man pushing sixty-something can so flippantly sleep through his staffers, then feign outrage when it exposes him to extortion. It's not the publicity, it's the potential exposure CBS has incurred. This seems of no matter to the media.

I used to like Letterman, and actually thought of him as a maverick of sorts. That was years ago. And now we find out this happened before Letterman got married. As if that makes it ok.

Celebrities and business owners make the worst clients for lawyers because their egos always sink their ship legally. I bet the lawyers at CBS are working overtime now with damage control. And the media loves it all because the assembling police state, fear and health care insurance debates are placed on the backburner while everyone discusses Letterman. Even me. But only to qualify it as yet another case of a celebrity exposing himself and his employer to embarrasment and liability. Fortunately, Letterman headed off any so-called sex tapes by going to the DA. And if he was blackmailed, he did what he thought best. Still, it leaves the Letterman Show and CBS exposed IMHO (to lawsuits). And the MSM eats it up...

Now, back to what really matters.

IS AMERICAN POLICE FORCE THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG?

Amid the fiasco that is now American Police Force and it's owner (multiple felon) M. Hilton, and the alleged deal with city officials of Harding, Montana to run a multi-million dollar private prison facility, one obvious and troubling question arises. Why didn't city officials investigate APF's background, and is APF and Hilton (and his numerous alias) merely the tip of a larger iceberg?

Hilton is obviously being thrown to the wolves, especially now with the AP and the Montana Attorney General annoucing a probe of the alleged deal between APF and the city coucil. What initially started as an article in the local Gazette newspaper and a blogger and writers at Inforwars.com, has exploded into high profile exposure on the facility, APF and Hardin. And now an attempted white wash will obviously be attempted and "Captain" Hilton will be thrown to the wolves. It is clear APF and what it is attempting to do is private paramilitary training and police work, including crowd control, detention and SWAT tactics (and numerous black op functions). Many employed by APF are obviously foreign based contractors and Hilton himself is a native of Serbia or Montenegro.

This will be eventually painted as an isolated incident. Any possible ties to Blackwater, the federal governmant or other private firms will be scrubbed. But is this an isolated incident? What are the ties, and is their a parent company? Is this prevelant now in other states? Is this entire incident a trial balloon (to see how the public and media reacts, or to further condition)?

Surely, there are tentacles we cannot see. I have a sneaking suspicion that this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Hopefully, further investigation by myself and others will answer some of these questions.

America: Death By Discretion

                           or accountability to one's principal.

When all is said and done, though this great nation may die a thousand deaths by attrition, in the end America's tombstone will read: "America, death by discretion." Indeed, much of what has been done to destroy this country and the rule of law has passed under the rubric of "executive discretion". While a majority of Americans have been distracted and kept busy, this country has been sold down the river and the Constitution has become a practical dead-letter by virtue of the globalists and fascists who have embedded themselves deep within the branches of the U.S. government. They operate under an agenda that is not in America's best interest, and routinely operate outside of the law well aware of the broad discretion allowed member of the executive, judicial and legislative branches.

The discretion at issue here is far more than American's passively approving what is going on in Washington D.C. and in their states in their name (although the discretion given to politicians, law enforcement and the judiciary is almost absolute, and certainly at issue here). At it's core, the more insidious discretion and immunity here is in respect to the almost absolute inability of the American citizenry to hold elected and appointed official accountable, either in court, or in the election booth. Both American law and precedent operate under the presumption that the king can do no wrong (a legal maxim the founders sought to escape).

Read that again.

And it does not matter whether it's prosecutorial discretion afforded to government lawyers by the courts, or political discretion afforded the politician. This discretion, which is virtually unchecked, will eventually be looked on by historians as one of the leading causes in the collapse of the American hegemony and the cheapening of the rule of law. Given the current unrest and protest arising in the United States, it would be wise for every free person to educate themselves on how far the state and federal government can go to silence or retaliate against those whom they find undesirable, uncooperative or a threat.

This is important to keep in mind as Americans raise their voices in town halls about government mandated health care, are scared with vague threats of H1N1 flu pandemics by the media (based on conjecture and surmise), and the resulting government sponsored swine flu vaccine programs; or otherwise deal with individuals and agencies tied to any federal, state or local governmental body. One thing is for sure, the ability of ordinary Americans to affect change or demand accountability of those in power has been materially compromised and stripped of any real relief.

This country was founded upon the principle that men are not angels, and need rules and a constitution (and an informed citizenry) to bind them down. Founders like Jefferson knew that power unchecked is uncontrolled power, and the natural course of things lead to tyranny. Indeed, Congress and state legislatures nationwide often give broad discretion to agency chiefs and Secretaries of various agencies and regulatory arms. Typically this is found in the language of that body's governing statute. The practical effect of this delegation of broad discretion is broad language and no advance notice of what is forbidden under a given statute. The other result is that said broad discretion makes that director or agency the sole authority and a blank check to later decide (many time after the fact) what is unlawful and how to penalize such conduct.

The dirty little secret that many Americans are unaware of is these agencies become de facto authoritarian as they serve as judge, jury and executioner to all who fall under their rule making authority. Most state and federal courts are severely limited in judicial review of any agency decision. Factual findings are rarely disturbed. And Agency chiefs serve as the final arbiter to any administrative findings at issue. Not surprisingly, more often than not, the agency chief finds in favor of his own office at the expense of the aggrieved, no matter how specious of a record is before that official. And then the courts rubber stamp the decision, if an aggrieved has the money to seek further review. The conflict of interest and injustice inherently present in such a stacked system is overwhelming.

The courts, however, have long considered the discretion of any governmental agent, especially a prosecutor, to be a sacred cow that cannot be challenged. Indeed, the courts consider any discretionary move made by a prosecutor to be done in good faith. Stare Decisis holds clearly that in the United States the decision by a prosecutor to prosecute, regardless of the merits of that decision, is absolutely immune from civil liability in an American court. The Supreme Court decided as such in the case of Imbler v. Pachman , decades ago. Many state bar associations also refuse to investigate prosecutor conduct, even though these prosecutors are members of the state bar, and instead defer to the state to investigate itself (and absurd conflict of interest on its face and in practice). And it is interesting to note that in affirming absolute immunity to prosecutor Pachman whom the court found had knowingly fabricated evidence, allowed perjured testimony and generally acted in bad faith in prosecuting Imbler, that the Supreme Court necessarily found that such reprehensible acts were "within the scope" of presenting and procuring an indictment against an accused. In other words, a prosecutor is allowed to prosecute a case absolutely immune from civil liability regardless of whether the case was prosecuted in good faith, or in bad faith.

Indeed, the Court refused to provide a prosecutor with "mere" good faith (or qualified) immunity that is routinely provided to Police officers under 42 USC 1983 (federal civil rights liability statute of 1862). This decision may be hard for many Americans to square (and smacks of elitism), until we remember that the office of prosecutor is a political one. For every high-profile Duke lacrosse case, where an overzealous and reckless prosecutor is held to account by the state Bar, there are hundreds of cases every year (at least) where no one is held to account and justice is never served. Paul Craig Robert's book The Tyranny of Good Intentions is a good place to start for more specific information on this epidemic.

Are there still reputable, honorable prosecutors at the state and federal level? Of course there are. Chances are, however, that that these men and women of principle will not excel politically like their less ethical partners in the law in this current unethical, unlawful environment.Yet these are the gate keepers as the elite and big business move this country into a global one world government. Is it any wonder the President can announce a domestic security force with inpugnity? No wonder David Rockefeller can nostalgically regale the elite's present course in his 2002 Random House biography:

     "Some even believe we [the Rockefeller family] are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - One World, if you will.If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it" (David Rockefeller. "Memoirs", p. 405)

It is vital that western civilization awaken to the fact that their governments have been taken over by a cabal of globalists and criminals and the mechanisms of justice and recourse are tilted in favor of the government and big business as it is crammed down our throats, regardless of how loudly we object. Justice is based on the presumption that an official be afforded great latitude in his or her discretion because the law presumes all actions will be based on good faith and the integrity of the public official. In fact, what good is the law if it assumes that those with the most to gain, in an inherently corrupt industry (government), can do no wrong? Or, at the least, that the greater good is served by ignoring such wrongs?

A presumption of good faith in public officials? The founders are rolling in their graves. Jefferson and others have warned about the dangers of an unaccountable judiciary that always expands their authority over the people and away from those in power. We have been warned by the founders over the danger of central private banks ad nauseum. Liberty is hardly a tangible thing when our Constitution is currently given mere lip service and a cabal of corrupt criminals have a choke hold on this once (and still can be) great country.

And yet, despite of the fact that the systems of checks and balances are stacked against the people and set up to serve the status quo, the petition clause and assembly clause of the 1st Amendment gives the people the right to petition for a redress of grievances, and to peacefully assemble and demand change. We must repeatedly exercise these rights in mass until the world and the media begin to shed light on the real nature of the system and the will of the American people. We must also demand that the real perpetrators of 9-11 be brought to justice, or do our part in exposing the vapid, impotent, 9-11 Commission Report, and demand a real and nuetral investigation. Only when our litany of grievances are made public can peaceful change be a remote, but real, possibility; much less actually happen.

If we do not, our course has already been chosen for us. History tells us that unaccountable republics turn into faux-democracies on their way to empire and tyranny. The American people must be awakened and assembled. The courts must be petitioned again and again until perhaps someone or some group with standing finds a judge sympathetic to fundamental fairness and, God forbid, substantive due process and justice.

We must force our grievances into the light of collective humanity before it becomes too late and this country becomes once and for all a full blown police state with a new, 21st Century Constitution that does not recognize individual liberty and the sovereign individual. Let it not be said that while the West slid into tyranny, those with the foresight and vision to recognize what was happening did nothing.

RETALIATORY PROSECUTION. THE M/O OF PETTY TYRANTS: A HARBINGER.

      Terrorism. Individual liberty. Government leviathan. Amid the clash of these three current social phenomena it has become increasingly evident that America is at the crossroads of one of the most serious and challenging crisis in its history. Individualism has been replaced with collectivism. The entire state of affairs in this country has an “Alice in Wonderland”quality to it. Security trumps liberty, punishment precedes guilt, war assures peace. The domestic state of affairs, the climate of which is controlled by business and law, is one of perpetual war. The “war on crime”,”the war on drugs”, and the ongoing “war on terror” all seem to have been cut from the same Machiavellian cloth. The Constitution is often cited yet rarely followed. For almost a decade, government officials and media have reminded the general public ad naseum that everything has changed since the terror attacks of September 11, 2001. The “post 9-11 world” has required expanding government powers and the relinquishment of many individual liberties in the name of “fighting the war on terrorism”. How odd, fighting to “defend liberty” on one hand while surrendering it with the other.

    This past November the "change" President, Barrack Obama, took office. The only "change" that is apparent, after more than eight months in office, is the tag line for blind government conformity. No longer is it you're either with us or with the terrorists. Rather, you're either with Obama or you're with the racists and the far-right extremists. Beyond that, "change" appears to be business as usual and more massive Wall Street bailouts. Moreover, the new administration is now labeling veterans and U.S. citizens who are demanding the Constitution be followed as "home-grown terrorists."

           I have experienced a form of terrorism in my life—up close and personally—even before the events of September 11th and the ongoing war on terrorism. I survived these terrorist attacks; and in the process, learned a great deal about how state-sponsored terrorism and the lack of political and civil accountability currently operate in this country. It was also during this period that I discovered the fire, energy and passion within myself to stand up against injustice, to firmly rest on principle and to fight for what is right regardless of if it is popular or the easiest thing to do. Through it all I developed a desire to make a dramatic difference not only in my own life and the life of others, but also in the direction that this country is going by awakening people to what is going on here.

         In my particular encounter with state-sponsored terrorism, a small business that I was an owner and CEO of was invaded early one winter morning in Maryland during 1998. Startled employees were held at gunpoint while all files, property and computers were taken from the storefront by armed and arrogant terrorists. The rest of the travel agency was left in shambles. These zealots were attempting to make a political statement and to strike fear into the travel agency and my family. The practical effect of this dragnet raid was to shut the business down. Thereafter, a series of baseless and unfounded accusations were thrown to the press, which basically served as their arm for propaganda. This same cabal even tried to extort money and property from us. My wife and I had to retain a very expensive and influential attorney to petition the local court for an Order demanding that what was taken be returned as irreparable harm was setting in.

           The most terrifying and outrageous part of this ordeal is that these particular terrorists all carried badges and were operating under the guise of “color of state law”. What had started as an argument between my wife and the wife of a county detective had unbelievably developed into an unfounded and overreaching
abuse of local authority and a series of retaliatory actions. Indeed, once I began to stand up to them and fight (instead of just rolling over as a majority of accused businessmen and citizens normally do) and actually begin to challenge the baseless accusations, a series of specious and retaliatory criminal charges were then filed against me.

            In fact, after I had petitioned the Circuit Court for the return of much of our business property, and had retained civil counsel who filed a civil rights lawsuit against the officer who initiated the entire malicious ordeal, a sixty count criminal complaint was filed against me ( and my wife who managed the travel agency ), probable cause and a factual basis notwithstanding. The state procedure in Maryland and many other states allows for the filing of criminal charges directly by the state by using a charging document known as an “information”, which requires no finding of probable cause by a magistrate or a grand jury before it is filed. This was vital as they did not have one scintilla of probable cause to charge me with anything. The accusation alone can destroy lives, and they were trying to bully me into submission.

           The false accusations of criminal conduct and the weight that the local media gave scurrilous and unfounded charges by “the authorities” greatly damaged my business and my personal reputation, placed enormous stress on my marriage, dismayed many of our loyal clients, and caused untold pain, suffering and trauma. The ongoing process was covered by the press, and there was pressure to “settle” the matter with the authorities who offered to drop all criminal charges if we agreed to drop all pending lawsuits against officials. This was more about saving-face than justice, and to delay the discovery process in civil court.

          Nearly two years after the original unlawful dragnet seizure and many thousands of dollars of expenses, pain, suffering and even an unavoidable filing of bankruptcy, a Circuit Court judge acquitted me of all charges that the State had ultimately went to trial on, dismissing on Motion all charges with prejudice before they had a chance to get anywhere near the jury. In doing so, the Judge stated for the record that he had no clue how the state’s case tied me to any criminal conduct whatsoever, and that not one piece of evidence had been produced to justify my prosecution. It can not be stressed enough that I played a very active and major role in assisting in my own defense with the office of public defender’s chief trial advocate; in bringing him up to speed on travel law, in assisting his law clerk--even in locating and employing the experts in travel law and accounting who assisted the defense in destroying the state’s case.

          At the time it was the largest number of mass acquittals without any guilty verdict or plea in the history of Maryland’s criminal justice system, and possibly the United States. I have yet to find someone who has gone to trial on as many criminal charges, and had every on thrown out by a judge, without a single guilty plea or guilty verdict. When prosecuting to silence or retaliate, the government has the habit of throwing every half baked charge against the wall and seeing if something sticks. It's their way of making a citizen sweat and blink. Sixty criminal charges, fifty-five felonies, five misdemeanors, all thrown out with prejudice before a jury could be confused by them, and all filed with no probable cause whatsoever. All filed in retaliation to me standing up against what I saw as an injustice.

            Even though my innocence was proven, and the vindictive and tyrannical prosecution of my business and family exposed as sheer retaliatory abuse, none of the state sponsored terrorists who participated in this outrageous abuse of authority were ever punished for their conduct-nor have I ever been made whole for the calculated destruction of my business and my reputation-despite the fact that the petition clause of the I” Amendment and 42 US. C. 1983 were enacted to abrogate civil immunity. Though victorious in court, my wife and I were forced to declare bankruptcy and suffered tremendous losses.

          Several years have passed since I fought successfully to clear my name and expose this outrageous prosecution as the baseless sham that it was. I am now in my mid-forties and have since moved over 1,000 miles south to Florida where we now reside. It was there I watched in surreal amazement as the jets hit the World Trade Centers, The Pentagon, and the field in Pennsylvania. Almost immediately I sensed that this was the "New Pearl Harbor" certain elitists had been asking for, and that the government would soon be demanding the keys to the Constitution in the name of fighting "terrorism". Since then, I have also given up the hope of ever being made whole for my baseless prosecution and damages that befell us in Maryland. Instead, it is now my catalyst. I am now focused on the bigger picture—which involves graduating from college (which I did, on the Dean's list), and law school or graduate school; all so I can credibly do my part in assuring that liberty and justice remain by infiltrating the belly of the beast itself. And my research online has led me to discover that injustice and corruption was far from an isolated event in my life. In 21st Century America and the western world, it is legion. The machine chews up and destroys lives and reputations of anyone who dares stand against it. As more people wake up and begin to demand accountability, expect more.

       It was during part of my time at Eckerd College that I was employed at a temporary position with the Office of Public Defender ( at the suggestion of a professor who was also an attorney at that office). I observed first-hand the entire pre-trial detention process—as the initial interviewer and case handler at that office for all initially arrested defendants. I have witnessed how cold and machine-like the system is, and how authorities game the system to file criminal charges that can evade a grand jury or probable cause hearing, letting bogus and baseless criminal allegations sit on the dockets while the accused either sit or are intimidated. One man (who's identity I cannot divulge) was kidnapped under color of law from a northeastern state and sat in a holding cell for days. This elderly gentlemen, who graduated and taught at the College of the Americas, broke down and cried, explaining his detention and charges were politically motivated and bogus. After that meeting, his entire file was turned over to an attorney with a high security clearance.

       It is axiomatic that our lives as a free people depends on honest, limited government. This country is in dire need of citizens, media, attorneys, and the many honest cops who are willing to fight against a growing police state. Brave souls who have the courage to pursue the truth, to defend the Constitution and to hold those accountable who destroy lives of citizens to further careers, and to demand justice and the truth about 9-11. And there is certainly a dire need for honest government attorneys to apply the law. Modern lawyers are supposed to be the trained professional equalizers of our free society of laws—in the courts and within commerce. All people deserve a lawful society. Truth and justice. Is there a more noble cause one can pursue?

       There is temptation as the law confronts terrorism and rampant crime--both real public concerns--to cut corners in compliance with constitutional limits. A frightened, frenzied public screams for protection at all costs, and thinks nothing when accused American-born “terrorists” are arrested and imprisoned for months or years without charges. Yet, the Constitution is for the guilty as well as the innocent, and by requiring it for the “guilty”, it saves the law for the future innocent. When liberty and the rule of law are compromised to better pursue those deemed “guilty” or “terrorists”, the law’s protections subsequently are removed from the innocent or politically targeted by default. This is an important axiom on liberty that should never be forgotten, especially in an America which now has the largest prison population on earth.

             We live in an increasingly staged and manipulated world, with manufactured crisis, Hegelian dialect, and a media that is owned and controlled by the mega corporations and banks. Almost nothing happens that has not been scripted well beforehand. The Federal Reserve and Wall Street have hoodwinked the American public and obligated their children to trillions of dollars that will be owed under the so-called bailout packages passed by Congress. But finally people are awakening to discover their government and the powerful have lied, manipulated and bankrupted this country. A critical mass is approaching, one that will separate the useless eaters and sheep from the true patriots. And there is no telling what change a critical mass can effect.

              I salute all who will take a stand against this corrupt system. But be advised, it comes with a price and with sacrifices that can intimidate and cause pause in the toughest of people. It is the price if you are serious about taking our country back and standing up to tyranny. It's one thing to talk tough, it's another to stare down the barrel of 60 criminal charges filed by a sovereign government solely to intimidate and destroy. Take it from someone who has felt the full weight of a state government bearing down on him: These people play for keeps and they will destroy you if you let them. But, rest assured, if you fight long and hard enough, the turmoil around you will eventually pass. And you will be stronger for it and able to look at yourself in the mirror, and yes, the country and the principle of freedom will benefit from each person's stand. It is the legacy Jefferson, Washington, Madison and the founders left for us: a free republic if we are willing to stand up and fight for it.

Eventually Hill was acquitted of all charges or had them dismissed, by a Judge who was forced to admit no evidence of criminality had been presented on ANY of the 55 felonies or 5 misdemeanors filed or prosecuted. At trial, a letter was admitted into evidence that showed that the charges were filed in retaliation to Hill's petitioning and lawsuit.

OBAMA JUSTICE DEPT LAWYERS: WHAT VIDEO?

In what can only be described as a bizarre turn of events (even for government lawyers), recent Obama appointees have overruled career Justice Department lawyers and dropped a racial voter intimidation case. Prosecutors had claimed voter intimidation and brandishing of weapons by two rouge Black Panther members at a Philadelphia polling place. The ordeal caught on video and posted on Youtube by a Republican blogger. The government had obtained a default judgment, meaning the men did not even bother showing up and defending the charges. The video apparently had the accused dead to center. They are heard yelling racial slurs and saying something about getting ready to be ruled by the black man, "cracker". A weapon is clearly visible. Several pollers and voters stated unequivocally they feared for their safety and were intimidated. An open and shut case, right?

Now, the Drudge Report and the Washington Times are reporting that two Obama administration appointed attorneys are behind a recent decision to drop all charges and abandon the civil prosecution (despite several internal recommendations to pursue relief and despite having already obtained a default judgement). According to the Times, Assistant Attorney General Perrelli and Wilson both checked off on dropping what other long-term lawyers have described as a slam dunk, prima facie case of voter intimidation.

A Justice Department spokesman danced his way around the decision by claiming that a review of the facts to the law showed that the case did not warrant further prosecution. This is patently absurd and insulting, IMHO. Justice further defended the decision by pointing to a temporary injunction obtained against one of the defendants, Mr. Samir Shabazz:

"The injunction prohibits Mr. Samir Shabazz from brandishing a weapon outside a polling place through Nov. 15, 2012...She (Ms. King) and other career supervisors ultimately recommended dropping the case against two of the men and the party and seeking a restraining order against the one man who wielded a nightstick at the Philadelphia polling place. Mr. Perrelli approved that plan, officials said." (Washington Times)

Apparently, King believes that seeking an injunction to prevent someone from doing something the Pennsylvania and federal criminal laws prohibit (brandishing a weapon or issuing racial threats at a voting facility) is something other than a complete waste of time and redundant. King and company would have us believe that but for this ridiculous injunction, Shabazz would be free under the law to brandish a weapon outside a polling place. And if that is the case, under the terms of the temporary injunction, Shabazz is free to show up any time after November 15, 2012 with his trusty nightstick or any other weapon in hand at any polling place.

Even the dullest among us would have to admit that does not sound right.

Simply put, the injunction is worthless and there is no rational basis to have dropped this case. Of course, the Obama Justice Department would argue otherwise, using smoke and mirrors and the "we are lawyers and you are not" line to justify dropping the case due to insufficient facts. This is nonsense, and it is not lost on many members of Congress:

"If showing a weapon, making threatening statements and wearing paramilitary uniforms in front of polling station doors does not constitute voter intimidation, at what threshold of activity would these laws be enforceable?" Further, "The administration still has failed to explain why it did not pursue an obvious case of voter intimidation. Refusal to address these concerns only confirms politicization of the issue and does not reflect well on the Justice Department," Mr. Smith said. The Obama adminstration, despite promises of openess, change and transparency last November, has stonewalled both Congressional and private attempts under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain information on why this case was dropped.

And its not just conservatives in Congress who are mystified and upset by these actions. According to the Times piece:

"The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights said in a June 16 letter to Justice that the decision to drop the case caused it "great confusion, since the NBPP members were "caught on video blocking access to the polls, and physically threatening and verbally harassing voters during the Nov. 4, 2008, general election. "Though it had basically won the case, the [Civil Rights Division] took the unusual move of voluntarily dismissing the charges , the letter said. "The division's public rationale would send the wrong message entirely -- that attempts at voter suppression will be tolerated and will not be vigorously prosecuted so long as the groups or individuals who engage in them fail to mount a defense."

The U.S. Commission on Human Rights also weighed in via an email sent to the Justice Department calling the decision to drop the case, "confusing" and that it sent the wrong message.
Both the Commission and the NAACP have always supported more, not less, voter intimidation prosecutions.

The New Black Panther organization, to their credit, had denounced the behavior and shut down the Philadelphia branch of that organization until further notice. So, clearly, any charges against the Black Panthers as an organization condoning this behavior were correctly abandoned. And there is nothing anywhere I have seen that would support such a charge in the first place. This has always been about the two at the polling station. Perhaps they have now seen the error in their ways. Clearly, my beef at this point is not with them, its with the Justice Department and this politically transparent decision. As one Congressman in the Times states, "it stinks".

We have clearly entered Bizarro World. A policeman arrests a black resident of a New England home for preceived unruly behavior and impeding an investigation and he is publicly called a racist by this administration for arresting a Havard professor of African studies. Meanwhile, two imposing looking black gentlemen wearing paramilitary gear, carrying weapons and yelling racial slurs and threats at a polling place while blocking the entrance have their cases dropped by the same Justice Department despite having already won by default, because "the facts are insufficient under the law".

You would expect a legal opinion like that to come from someone who got their law degree out of a Cracker Jack box, not supposedly reputable DOJ lawyers. Is there nothing these political lawyers will not say to advance the cause of their principal?

For shame...this very sad. I guess after decades of injustice, a little reverse injustice is on the agenda in America 2009. This administration is pathetic. Chalk another one up to "prosecutorial discretion."
